If you have time, my advice would be to complete all materials and practice with the labs. It would be much better for you to start the exam with minimum to no doubts.
As far as I remember, yes you can paste text and before the exam make sure to read the lab instructions that is provided by INE. I had provided the links in my previous eJPT video.
Yes, you can using a notepad interface. You have to press Alt+Ctrl+Shift , anything copied on your host clipboard will be available lab clipboard and vice versa.

It was detailed, practical, and showed a clear learning path. By the way, how do you choose the HackTheBox labs? As a beginner in CyberSecurity, I get lost in all the labs and don't know which ones are important for passing the eJPT.

I really didn't encounter that issue and have no idea on that. You can email the INE team and ask for help.
What about if you do the HTB path in the same time as the eJPT student path or first eJPT then HTB ? What do you think
If you are doing both at the same time, it will help you prepare faster and better. It all depends on your schedule and your timing.
So do we have to do every single of those modules you mentioned before taking the eJPT ?
It is not mandatory
But if you want to practice and repeat what you have learnt YES.
