    Well done on the new 5k pb Laura. Liking the new trainers 😁 … I even googled a pair to see if I might get some. Don’t worry about having a quieter week of training if you’re not feeling it. Whether it’s 5k/10k/half or full, the plans can be hard, especially towards the end and recovery is just as important. Hope you enjoy the last part of your plan before the race 😊

    Well done on smashing your 5K PB! No better feeling right? Mallards Pike looks sooo beautiful, one to add to my running routes I feel

      Thank you 😊 Not sure when I'll next run close to that time again 😅 Oh definitely, it's such a nice area! And if you try the Parkrun then the first half is all up hill but the 2nd half is all downhill 😜
