- Paradise Fibers, located in Spokane, WA, sells an array of yarns, fiber, needles, supplies, looms, and spinning wheels. It creates its own unique blends of colorful fiber using a blending board and these fibers are eventually turned into yarn.

Feel somewhat disappointed that they make it looks so colorful on the board but the result yarn will still only look like a mess of colors
You need to be skilled with your color theory to have a yarn and a final project that looks amazing.

M I S S D E P R E S S E D she is short and as a short person I can relate so I will tell you this there are things just barely within your reach but because of the angle and height it’s just enough OUT of reach to need a step stool or a ladder, that it could fall on you ( which happens to us shorties if we miscalculate the angle, height, weight or how things are stacked ) or it could cause a tumble of things or in her case she would’ve snagged the fibers if it got caught because she would have had to lift it up from the bottom to release it from the prong it was on first before pulling it off. Hope that makes sense. Short life it’s a real thing lol

Excited to see Paradise Fibers on a growing channel like this. I've been spinning yarn for about two years now and I love them so much. I would see people share Paradise Fibers' videos on Instagram as a paid promotion thing and people who didn't know what it was would always comment "well what the heck is that, what are they doing?" I even saw a comment that said "Is that slime?" Would be super cool to see the fiber community grow, especially with younger people :)

These people are wicked talented one summer my grandma tried to teach me to spin yarn and it’s REALLY HARD and that’s just on a drop spindle! A spinning wheel goes so much faster and it’s just... Bless these talented people and their patience
i have like 6 drop spindles from all over the world. thats what i learned on originally. but when i got my first spinning wheel (a 1980s ashford tradional) it was a total game changer. so much more efficient and honestly i think its way easier than a drop spindle. i think the easiest wheel to learn on is the electric eel nano wheel. no foot treddling to worry about and its slow enough to be an easy wheel to learn on. also kinda cool its so small it fits in a lunchbox.
