How a rotary drum separator RBS works. Grain cleaner principle of operation and features

Grain material is poured into the aspirator. The curtain with counterweights ensures grain collection, its even distribution according to the width of the entire hopper, and dosed transfer to the separation channel. In the separation channel, the opposite air pressure passes through the grain mass, taking dust and light admixtures with it. Air movement is created by an external fan. Light impurities settle in the settling chamber of the aspirator and go outside through the screw feeder. Air with dust is blown into the cyclone, where it is cleaned.
Next, the grain goes to the center of the sieve drum. Depending on the perforation of the sieves, small impurities (sieves for sowing) or seeds of the basic culture (passing sieves) can pass through them. Large impurities do not pass through the sieves and come off the edge of the drum.

Воздушный сепаратор у этой машины очень слаб! Высокого качества очистки на нём получить не возможно т.к. в зоне сепарации скорость воздуха не постоянная, причём, чем ближе к осадочной камере тем больше скорость! В такой камере будет очень большой вынос полноценного зерна в отходы!
