I’ve had issues with scratches on plastic windshields on other car models myself. You can wet sand the plastic with 2000 grit sandpaper and then polish it with McGuire’s car wax. That or use the sandpaper and go over the piece with a Q-tip with a little acetone on it. Just let it dry overnight. Should be good as new.
Hey Wayne! That is an unfortunate problem with the door, but I'm glad you were able to sort it out. Hopefully you get a replacement door soon! I had similar issue with the Model Space Countach pop up light. The plastic was warped not allowing it to pop up fully. Only took a week to receive the replacement Part!

The lights in the High voltage box I did myself. Its just a blinking LED which is wired to a separate circuit board I have in the dashboard of the car. Check out the video description if you are interested in the Flux capacitor. All the information is there for you.
lol. I'd get locked up for damaging the heritage listed shop fronts, which in most cases is all that's left of the original bits. Apparently, if you can keep the street facing wall intact you can do what you like with the rest of the building.

I have unwarped the door and it is not noticeable at all so I may stick with it.

Its packaged well so no idea why it was warped.
Yes mine was also but EM had no problem replacing the issue.
I wish I had seen these videos way back when you were actually building it so I could ask you to weight the completed doors
