You are making me feel so much better about the 'mutilation' I had to exercise upon my giant, cramped pothos plant. It looked so sad for a couple of weeks, but the loose vines went into two other pots, so now I have a large, recovering repotted pothos, and two smol ones putting out new leaves like crazy! Your advice has been so helpful, sometimes you just gotta power through before things get better!

Hello. Looking at the liana's cuts flowing down the fridge, I remembered how my professors from agrarian uni said along that roots and leaves should have approximately same "volume". Leaves of an average plant (not a succulent) have lots of pores and they do loosen moisture really fast. Roots keep the balance providing moisture out of soil. In this way, the amputated liana is in drought danger. I am really worried about it. Like your videos so much, so entertaining! 💚

I have an inexpensive tablet that I use with a calander that has alarms to tell me when to check certain plants now. It also has information I've saved on issues plants can have, and their treatments for quick refrance. And a digital journal for each plant, mostly saying what I did to it and when.

If you want it to look thicker, wrap a vine back into the soil because those little nubs are roots. You can use little u hooks (I use paper clips) to make sure they’re in the soil. Boom. You’re welcome lol

My mom has a pothos she's had for over 8 years and no lie, this thing had over 10ft of just stem with 5 leaves at the very edge. I told my mom we have to cut it, my mom got a bit emotional but once I showed her how crispy it was and showed her how it would look like, she let me snip it.
It looks so full and beautiful now, it's even grown in some beautiful variegations and my mom proudly shows off her now healthy 8 ft pothos, happily trailing up moss poles.

It got root rot, which made it lose almost all its leaves, so I replaced all the dirt, put it back in its old pot, and cut even more leggy strands to propagate. Poor thing is in so much shock. I think only time can fix this now

Thank you for the good tips, I'm good at gardening outdoors with veg and stuff but indoor plants are tough for me. I found your videos on orchids and succulents, but they gave me a flowering succulent, as well. It's not doing so well, even though it's trying it's best, and I'm just new to all of this. Do you know if the care for those is the same for any other succulent? If so, I'll try to follow your other videos, except work around the few flowers that are left, I guess? Maybe repot, new soil, poke it with a stick
