You already know some of her songs, Mama's Broken Heart sung by the beautiful Miranda Lambert and Better Dig Two sung by my daughter's favorite band, The Band Perry. I'm so glad Brandy is now coming out into the spotlight, where she deserves to be :)

Then I nearly fell of my chair when I realized who her singing partner was! To me, this is real country. Immediately went on Amazon and ordered the CD. Will be getting it today and really hope the rest of the songs measure up to this one.

Since then, I've listened mostly to classical, and classic rock/pop. Favorites include England Dan and John Ford Coley, the Moody Blues, Alan Parsons, etc. Rarely does a talent come along that moves me, but after watching Brandy on Austin City Limits, I've added her to my list of favorite artists of all time. '12 Stories' is a masterpiece, and her other two albums are phenomenal, loaded with relatable, clever lyrics. Keep up the good work, Brandy, and I hope to see you live someday...
