Transparency of the business seller, business and transactional norms of that industry of which the business you are buying -- common sense, for example, a landscaping and nursery business are seasonal, but so is a motel / small hotel that is tourist season dependent. Then there are restaurants and supermarkets, and the pricing norms, and how to tack on a profit margin.... All important stuff ( I suppose) to me!
