My tree has been in ground for about 2 yrs. It was in pot but got too big 6-7 ft. I grew it from seed. It’s does pretty well out door here. It is cold in N. Cal. You need to put it in the green house during winter t8me til late March. I only use the Kellogg potting mix from Home Depot with potted fruit tree. Best wishes!

I also noticed you have no lateral branches, did you prune them that way on purpose?

Hi 👋 no foliar fertilizer. I only use osmocote 14.14.14 fertilizer every 3-4 months.
cannot believe your Acerola trees I've lost 3 already ..are yours in pots ? in a hot house ? I'm thinking N CA is too cold for them ?

How do I train my tree to look like yours?
👋, I didn’t do any training. It’s was grown from seeds. I had it in a pot until two years ago. I trim it twice while in pot because it got too big.
