I've been wondering, are the Sekais endless? or does it depends on what kind of place it is based on? Leo/Need's Sekai is a school building with a beautiful night sky when you're at the rooftop but they never came out of the school building itself. Vivid Bad Squad's Sekai is like a street in a shopping district with Meiko's cafe being the center of it. More More Jump's Sekai is like a stage within a large open sky stadium. Wonderland x Showtime's Sekai is like a theater with a huge stage inside just like what you expect from a Sekai created from the feelings of theatre actors and actresses. Nightcord at 25:00's Sekai is the only one that looks so empty since it came from Kanade and the others's feelings of emptiness and desire to escape and disappear from reality because of their personal problems in real life. That makes me feels like it might be endless since it looks almost empty except for a handful of stuff.

The empty sekai actually is solely created by Mafuyu. Just like Tsukasa made his own by himself. The influence of the people in their lives and who visit the sekai cause changes to it and the person themselves, which further transform it. Its why Mafuyu starts out with complete emptiness and just Miku, and then it starts to fill up with items and vocaloids who relate to/represent her friends.
I think all the sekai have the same size. They could be endless or but loop around at some point. For empty, it’s likely cuz the place has no landmarks that it seems endless. The other sekai kids stick to a specific area cus of it represents what they resonate with. I imagine if they change like how Mafuyu has, the place itself will change, besides just gaining new inhabitants

Leo/Need are a band and they are also enjoying their daily lives as normal high schoolers, so, their Sekai is a school which is the place to enjoy their youth and passion. Vivid Bad Squad is a singing group that performs street music which has roots in the street and they performed in the streets or places where many street artists gather, so, their Sekai being a street in a shopping district is like a representation of their home ground. More More Jump work hard everyday as indie idols, so, their Sekai is a stage in a stadium which is considered the dream and the gold mountain for all idols. Wonderland x Showtime are all actors and actresses who pursues acting and theatre, so, their Sekai is a theater which is their platform.

I am pretty sure the vocaloids and leoni have access to other places in School Sekai, if you see L/N Luka initial 3*, she's in the sekai hallway, so i think the sekais are not endless, i see it more like a loop (sorry for the typos, english isn't my first language)
