Great video. I remember 2 Dutch companies BSO en Solvision. The first had the Cell-dividing philosophy and the second was a combination of Cell-Dividing and the Semco Style. I worked there and there was a lot of energy in the organisations and amongst the colleagues.

Very interesting concrete application of the 'systemic' view of corporation : every actor / entity creates value(s) for its stakeholders = internal or external company stakeholders = beneficiaries/customers + employees (by money, statuts, responsibilities, ...) + shareholders (here employees themselves).
It seems possible to build this interdependent design/organization in a more 'classical' company, by expliciting 'contracts' and 360° evaluation between corporate entities. Each corporate actor/entity should create value(s) for its own stakeholders : knowing what that each of them is waiting for, delivering what is enough to do it, check stakeholders satisfaction, etc. This 'fractal' vision design is applicable at each level, also for the whole company and its external stakeholders, including nature and society.

What about fe. accountants, HR and internal IT support? How do they collaborate with other microenterprises? There must be some bureaucracy...

In most parts of Haier, the support departments are also transformed into microenterprises. These MEs have to sell their services to other internal MEs and thus become part of the network.
