This would honestly make such a damn good TV series if the budget was there, or a fantastic trilogy of films if the studios believed in its success.
The potential is there for sure.
Animated TV series would be the best for it. It wouldn't be right without the original voice cast either, particularly Blums Dempsey and Nolan Norths Richtophen.

Unfortunately, the largely negatively received reviews (as well as sales from both Treyarch and Sledgehammer Games) with BO4 Zombies, a pretty alright but not groundbreaking Cold War Zombies, and the absolute dogshit of a mode that is Vanguard Zombies), the budget for the Zombies mode was cut down immensely. I highly doubt that unless MW3 Zombies were to create something truly memorable like the mode from WAW-BO3, that may never change. And with the most recent zombies reveal booth where we are pretty much not even allowed to think for ourselves over what’s happening, I don’t find that changing anytime soon

Think of it like this:
WAW, BO1, and BO2 all take place on the same timeline. This is how the timeline is supposed to go.
Origins and BO3 is Richthofen changing the timeline so he can try to make things right but also avoid dying.
BO4: Is the cronorium changing which means that the entire timeline is now going to happen differently and Nikolai makes sure it plays out how it’s supposed too.

Thanks for this dude. It was very well put together summary. I've loved zombies since it's initial release, but I never took the time to do every map's story easter egg. This will keep me up to date for Cold War's release despite everything technically starting fresh again in the new zombies. Super ectied for it. Lot of stuff seems very skeptical in the trailer, but it's one of those things that I have to play and try out before I can give my honest opinion on it.

Treyarch employee: let's not only make the timeline unreasonably complicated, let's make the ending one where our heroes destroy the entirety of time and space because they learn that they aren't allowed to live the rest of their lives in the perfect universe after defeating the evil, but instead have to be sent into the past and be part of a cycle that would ensure that the evil would be defeated and that the perfect universe would be both created and stay intact for everyone that was able to stay in it after our heroes were sent back.
Treyarch boss: But wouldn't that make our characters selfish dicks instead of the selfless heroes they would have been if they continued to do the cycle even after learning about it?

After hearing this video the story became less confusing. I always understood the zombies story but this cleared up some loose ends. Also I love the Primis version waaaay more than ultimas versions. I like how they're funny yet serious. Although i do like how dark and creepy the ultimas universe was. Great story and im kinda sad my childhood is over from it ending.

I remember when the story went he tried to stop richtofen in der riese and tried to turn off the power and richtofen cut his hand off and then ran to shi no numa and Peter followed him and killed him and hung him up on the roof and threw a parachute up there to make it look like an accident. That's why there was a hand on the power and that's also why Peter isn't connected to the parachute

I love the fact Monty asserted his control on our characters and the infinite cycle. Did absolutely nothing to prevent losing his powers and subsequently let them get on with it
On the walls on classified there’s a sketch on the wall that says “They can only watch you if you give them your soul.” Gorod Krovi never happened therefore dr Monty couldn’t watch them and see what they were doing.

He could see the rest of Primis and Ultimis in the frozen forest. Already he was suspicious with them not following the cycle and going to the house
SavageRicktator he was suspicious because primis haven’t arrived to the house yet. Everything in the cycle has perfect timing and place.. When Richtofen and the primis gang teleported to Alcatraz they didn’t teleport into Richtofens lab like what happens in the cycle. So when They didn’t arrive to the house on time. Monty was already aware that the cycle has been broken
@THE EQUALIZER Exactly hence the reason Monty killed Maxis. He was afraid of losing control of the Aether and perpetuated the cycle. Finding out out Primis and Ultimis were plotting against him with destroying Agartha. So instead of trying to stop the paradox being resolved he waited for them to return
SavageRicktator I mean I’d imagine from the moment they got Samantha and Eddie and they set up camp drinking the last night. It was only a few hours. And everything that’s was done with viktis was done in the span of one hour. Granted these are assumptions I’m making with time. I understand where you guys are getting at like come one all this power and control you’d think he’d snap his fingers and stop it but at the same time he may have limits to his godly powers.
