If you want the media to have respect for you and your vote, then it's incumbent upon you to state who you are (not what you're not), and to state who you voted for and why. It's difficult to have respect for someone if you don't know who they are, or what they stand for.

Having read the original comment again ... this person is saying they are not garbage, misinformed, uneducated, a racist, Fascist nor a Nazi .... I think the way Harris, Biden et al have been talking about President Trump and his voters, it doesn't take too many brain cells to work out which way THIS particular contributor cast their vote, does it?

Absolutely bang on! I am from uk, moved to usa 6 years ago, and have had gut problems ever since. Im on anxiety medication to try and curb it. I KNOW its either the food or the water. I dont think its the water but not 100%. I am now eating only organic raw produce that i prep myself. My hubby had to learn how to actually cook! Fortunately i was taught by my grandma and my mum.
Hes now going carnivore as he is concerned about his health.
I cannot wait for rfk to take a sledgehammer to the fda.
I hope he shows no mercy.
Btw, i alwats assumed i had a zinc lined stomach until i moved to usa, i NEVER ever had an upset stomach in my life. I was 50 years old when i moved to usa. Most processed food i actually cant eat as it just tastes weird to me, especially sweet foods. Like theyve been dipped in vegetable oil or something. How anyone eats hershey chocolate is beyond me. I now have my favourites shipped in at exorbirant cost or make my own.
Did you know even the wheat is different in usa?
Its literally all bad news. Rfk needs to try and fix it and get tge nation off meds, eating properly and moving again.

'[Government] inefficacy is a protection for the rest of us.'
As cynical as that sounds, I have to admit that it's true of many Western governments at present. I know we think we want government to be efficient and effective but that presumes that it's obeying our wishes rather than acting in its own interests and at the behest of those who are powerful enough to influence it.

As a lifelong Democratic voter, I've never had the opportunity to vote for anyone I ever believed in other than Bernie Sanders in the primaries. The identity politics has been poison.
I think the Democrats lost for all the same reasons Shriver is saying here. I voted for Harris but can't stand her almost as much as Trump.

Always a treat to hear from Lionel. So level headed. Can't stand the presenter's voice though. Halfway through and just muting it when she speaks. Back on when it's Lionel. Let us hope that this is indeed the end of identity politics and all the nonsense that comes with it!
