affixing them to shipping labels! hah! what a stinking genius idea!! definitely one of the videos I’ve watched and thought, “I’m making that!” thank you for sharing!!!
I've got a box of old labels just sitting in my closet from our last family reunion. Thanks for another idea on how to use up my "junk". Have a blessed week!
Love this. However I find that the older sticky labels loose their sticky with time. I have to glue them to the page. I have access to a good friend who runs a flower shop. I get to pick through her throw outs all the time. You can call a flower shop near you and ask. Most are really nice about letting you have the unwanted flowers. Thank you for sharing.
We are temporarily staying in an Airbnb way up in the hills and there are flowers and leaves all around us! During the spring I collected some specimens. Now I have a great idea how to add to my journal. Ty! 💕
Hi NEW Subbie here, saw this video on the FB Group, absolutely brilliant idea must try it, I think I have some varnish somewhere....and will share my attempt ....tfs and stay safe
Oh gosh! What a great idea! I just recently got into plants and gardening and I love the idea of preserving some leaves like this. I’ll look for some varnish! Thanks for sharing!
I am not sure. I haven’t tried it. I know that some white glues dry rigid so they will crack. You need to use an adhesive they stays flexible. I have only used varnish at this point.

Another original way to use (or stock up our stashes) with (free!) pressed flowers to decorate our journals. Thanks - I am off to my garden now..
Awesome! Have fun. The results are always wonderful 😊
Really nice idea. I agree with Mary I would use glue to place them on a page. Thank you for sharing this!!

Ms. Mary, TFS. That is a great tip!
That’s a great tip! Some of my stickers get old as well. I sometimes have to add glue to keep them down. Hope your flowers are a success! 😊
This is absolutely genius! Thank you for sharing!💚💛💚
Thank you so much 😊
Lovely stickers! I've found that I can put a bit of washi on those thick stems that don't want to stay glued.
That’s a great idea!

Beautiful! Love these! I have quite a few dried specimens...will try this soon.
Hope you enjoy 😊
How long did you flatten your flowers..I have not seen this..very creative to add to peal and stick label's..
Mine were in the press for a few weeks. Depends on the specimen of flowers you are pressing.
❤💚💜
Would Mod Podge work in place of the varnish?

Where do u get your tough coat??
I went to the fusion mineral paint website and they list all the stores it’s sold in so you can find the one closest to you
