minion walk back to you even thou you are way out of that minion aggro, that is a big sign of neeko. And then she walk away and a visual effect play

You are lucky she revealed herself, otherwise she doesn't count as a champ and E wouldn't stun

It stuns, the condition to stun is to just have 2 or more enemies (including minions) in the skill
