I do not have a specific tutorial on creating a stencil. I just cut out what I wanted on my vinyl cutting machine & weeded out the words rather than weeding the outside. Does that make since. 😂 I know there are tons of How to Create a Stencil with Vinyl Cutting Machine tutorials on here. Hope that helps. 👍🏻👍🏻😉💕
