Apparently he was so drunk he fell relaxed and didn't break any limbs! I remember ambulances and stretchers carrying away the injured and cars turned over and so much violence. So glad we don't see that any more, it was horrible.
To be fair it sounds like much more exciting in the 70s …. I can’t understand why those two were on the roof after the match , and one was lucky he never died by the looks of it

They were singing "you are not at Norwich now" It was rough in the Town and on the train back there was blood coming from every hole in my body and I was not in work the next day I was in York A&E. Those were the days.
