@hannashaanika5396 I hear you. I appreciate you taking the time to comment! Camera? I’ve been using my old iPhone11 since day one when I started video tours on Instagram live a few years ago and it’s morphed into this 🫣 I have a professional Sony camera now BUT it’s a serious learning curve so I’m still testing it out before taking it on a video tour! TH-cam is my friend to learn ASAP😎 Thanks for your patience.
Our favorite duo once again delivering the outstanding production🙂 Oh what a welcoming masterpiece this is. The plethora of entertainment spaces sells it for me. The interior decor is absolutely incredible. It's clear that this masterpiece was brought to life by people with extensive experience. The colour contrast throughout is giving life. For R17m, just across the freeway from Meynlyn, top of the line appliances and with so much garden space. It's reasonably priced I must say. Thank you so much for walking us through.
Excellent, Sompisi!! Awesome to hear you really enjoyed it that much! Fingers crossed it sells this time around - last time, it being unfurnished turned out to be a real struggle...
Amazing house,my favourite presenter Marussia, you never disappoint with your prefect detailing of everything in and outside the house,l m impressed My favourite part is the study and the bedrooms
This home transformation and articulation of space and time is unbelievable. chalk and cheese from barely a year ago and for such a brand-new house. Truly stunning. Marussia, If she says buy the furniture, buy the FU(RNI)TURE. The outdoor space with the WazzOutDoor pieces, mad love! Staircase, bedrooms...what's not to love. Awesome🤩🤩🤩
Truly is, Kenny! It's a somewhat unusual built which may not be to everyone's liking. Almost a townhouse type of setup with its 3-storeys and long built, but obviously in luxury edition.
love the idea that they built around the trees. and multiple living areas. lovely home. you can see lots of work has been put into it. really worth viewing.
Chipi ke chipi !!! I swear it was made for me.. i love the exposed steel beams and the matt black with all the glass..The entrance feels like an urban city apartment when stating by the main door until you walk and discoverits a house.. Really magnificent, amazing content
Thanks for stopping by. I showed the front in the trailer the first 50 seconds, no? And we covered the garage doors there at the start, as well as just before going up onto the next level?
@sembachitibwi5211 It’s all good, Semba! I know it’s a topic many viewers tackle me on, so when I do have it included, I’ll make sure to point it out as it’s rather rare 🤣 But more often in the future as I keep that in mind when shooting tours now!
Beautiful home. Love the fact that it doesn't have so many of those big sliding glass doors that open up to your home. This is a security issue for me. and I probably didn't explain that well enough with Mooikloof Heights property. Also thank you for showing the price in other currencies, big help .
Another stunning home😊Although I don't need this many bedrooms the home is still beautiful 1 thing I don't like is subway tile in the downstairs bathroom hard to keep clean in between those grout lines 😊But keep going I know you got more homes Thank you😊❤
This is an awesome home despite most of the bedrooms not having baths (I always think that other than the main bedroom, two bedrooms should have baths). One thing though is that you have again avoided showing us whether the four doors (two on either side of the walkway towards the entrance) lead into the garages, or two are storage rooms next to the garages - kindly share detail of what they represent because they actually are situated before you enter the glass door (electrical room or control room of sorts maybe?)
Saddest thing is that I love this home and I do enjoy hosting but not a fan of people taking pictures of my personal space. Navigating through that would be my biggest struggle.
Luckily, as you've seen in the video, all the living areas are privately located in the back! (I do suggest to get some nice curtains in the front though!)
I think the stand next to this home makes it worth more considering as well that this is a no loadshedding area. I however wonder about water filter system, water harvesting, and “start of being off grid” have been adequately addressed for it to match its price in total
The way people are so fixated on the price in the coments section is just killing me 😂all i have to say make so much money that the price dosent become a problem but you can still negotiate for a better deal
Good question, Richard. Always interesting to see why certain ppl would put down homes in certain areas. Point-in-case, I had to go do a video shoot not too long ago and as I was driving in a visibly 'lesser area', I was thinking I must have been lost... until I arrived at the house. It was this modern masterpiece amidst all these 'normal homes' and inside was just wow. Immediately made me wonder why one would build it there - which will be a serious struggle the day they want to sell... BTW - Perhaps I wouldn't refer to this street as being 'ordinary' given all of its neighbours...?
What neighbours? the building next door palisade fence looks like it could be an electrical sub station. Most of the houses look very ordinary from the outside.
@redinza Now you’re putting me on the spot as I’m not 100% familiar with that area 🤓 On my way in to do the tour, I do recall driving past embassies from Trinidad, Tobago & Brurundi, but I can’t recall others in that specific street/surroundings.
I love these videos but man it's so frustrating when she's talking about a feature in one room and the camera is already in another room. She automatically becomes the leader in where and what the camera shows, and it would be nice to see that. Absolutely beautiful house though ❤❤
Thank you for taking the time to comment, Kabelo. It's a VERY tricky part - even though we practice where to go in each room ahead of the real video tour, it's tough to time it perfectly. The agent will be talking about something and the next moment, they're somewhere else, so I'm behind with my camera - and I try to purposely avoid swinging it around too much, which means it'll appear even slower on video. Other viewers have noticed that I'm sometimes ahead of the agent - for exactly the reason I mentioned above - by the time they're done with something, I'd like to already be at the next point of interest, which then pushes the camera ahead of the commentator.... 📌 Anyone reading this have any pointers for me to help with this dilemma?!
Thx for stopping by. With all due respect: you are just shooting from the hip. No clue about that area. Besides whether you like a property or not, if it’s located in a prime real estate position, it’ll always get $$$$
Ha haaaaa imagine building a house for 1,5 then somehow resell for 17mil….i would never buy a house that I personally know its did not cost even half of that price….buy land and build and come back to tell me how much it costs regardless of what estate it is….OR MAYBE EACH BLOCK BRICK R500….smart dummies taken for a ride i tell you
I honestly have NO IDEA what you’re talking about with those imaginary numbers. Similar to your previous comment, you seem clueless as to what’s happening here? You must have posted this on the wrong video🤔
📌 Any questions or viewing requests? Contact the agent Marussia @ +27 (83) 384-0618 😎
please either get a better quality camera or better editing, the quality doesn't attest to the homes you show. Just some constructive criticism 🙂

The Island countertop is Beautiful 👌👌👌
Stunning setup Indeed 🤗
I'm convinced Pretoria is where it's at 😎👍📈
I'll keep doing tours there as well so we'll know for sure whether that's the case 😎
Wow just beautiful and unique how they separated the spaces
Yessss - rather unusual home. Hasn't sold yet as it's back on the market...2nd tour we did there now!

YAY indeed

Gotta love that study - awesome location next that tranquil atrium with water feature 🥰

Well put, Mfiso 🤗
Awesome designed Home. Love the Kitchen and Bathrooms and the Darker Tones. Good Job Xavier and Marussia ❤
Awesome to hear!
I know this style of home isn’t for everyone, but I always appreciate one taking the time to see the interior/exterior design! 👍
This is a beautiful home. It reminds me of the builds I see in California.
True that! It's built deep in vs the usual wider surface used here in SA. Almost that townhouse type of feeling...
Beautiful!!!
Thank you! Cheers!

Stunning ❤❤❤, I love it
Mission accomplished 😎
awesome presenter
She truly is one of a kind at what she does 🤗
Top tier🥰❤️
Hear hear 😎
This property takes first place as my favourite house, I do wish you show us the front view from the property as well as the garage entrance
Thanks for stopping by.
I showed the front in the trailer the first 50 seconds, no? And we covered the garage doors there at the start, as well as just before going up onto the next level?
@@LuxuryHomesJohannesburg oh yes you did, my apologies. Thank you for showing us such great properties, gives us plenty of design ideas

Still remember this home looks amazing with the furnishings
Indeed! Like I said in the video tour - it blows my mind how much of a difference furniture can make when touring homes. Presents soooo much nicer 🤩

You’re very welcome!🤗
Security issues at a secure estate 😂
Thx for stopping by.
If you had actually watched or/and read the description, you would know this isn’t in an estate.
❤❤❤
@SamukeloDube9999 100%🥰

More & more houses have those subway tiles nowadays, Minnie 🫣
FYI - I’ve got a stunner lined up for this coming Sunday which you’ll LOOOVE
@LuxuryHomesJohannesburg O really? Wow! Well I suppose others might like the subway tile As for me👎I'll be sure to check out Sunday's home Thank you
@minnieweaver “There’s a lid for every pot” comes to mind 🤗
It's in Albert Street , Waterkloof
Yupppp 🥰

I commented too early in the four doors - thank you for clarifying where they lead into
All good! (Glad I saw this as I had started replying to your four door question) 🤓
Fair point wrt baths, Peter.
Seems to be a trend we’re seeing al over - people aren’t installing as many baths as before?! 🤔
Saddest thing is that I love this home and I do enjoy hosting but not a fan of people taking pictures of my personal space. Navigating through that would be my biggest struggle.

It's beautiful but R17m?
My thoughts exactly
I think the stand next to this home makes it worth more considering as well that this is a no loadshedding area. I however wonder about water filter system, water harvesting, and “start of being off grid” have been adequately addressed for it to match its price in total
Thanks for stopping by.
Location, location, location.
Are you familiar with that area? It’s embassy avenue so plenty of $$$$ properties nearby.
@theprideentertainment Same question to you as I answered above 🤔
@petermasemola1618 Interesting observation, Peter 🤔
👌🏻
Cheers, John 😎

100% agree 😎
Still available?
Good question. I’ll check in the morning if it’s still listed
🎉🎉🎉🎉
YAY indeed 🥰
👌👌👌👌👌👏👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌
Yesssss🥰
I wonder what the thinking was? I would love to know how someone could design and build such a beautiful house in such an ordinary street .Sorry

@redinza I can’t recall the exact neighbor’s aesthetics, but its street neighbours include embassies.
@@LuxuryHomesJohannesburgI believe you are correct - I think Azerbaijan has an embassy in that street, but hardly a plethora of embassies.
@redinza Now you’re putting me on the spot as I’m not 100% familiar with that area 🤓
On my way in to do the tour, I do recall driving past embassies from Trinidad, Tobago & Brurundi, but I can’t recall others in that specific street/surroundings.
I bet this home is located in an extremely popular area with a bunch of amenities because that’s the only thing that could justify the $1m price tag .
100% correct

So there's no swimming pool?
Sure is! Check downstairs near the patio on the full video tour!
I have R70k, can we negotiate 😅
Let me submit that to the sellers and see what they say 😎
Stunning home, I don't like the black lines on the floor
Appreciate you taking the time to watch the video tour.
I hear you - it’s not everyone’s style to have those!🤔
R17M? Aowa subtract the R7M at least. Not this 1 shame
