FYI VIEWERS: If your mix is trash, this will not sound clean for you like the mix in the video! Also the chains you will use will depend on what the track needs and not so much what the presets can do for the audio! The art and science of audio engineering strictly depends on an experienced ear and knowledge of what the industry requires on a technical level in order to understand what any song needs by simply listening to it and knowing which tools to use and why. Food for thought this is something youtube cannot train you for!
How the Hell does this guy get the ability to perfectly mimic artists from all spectrums and genuinely give it their feel or essence , that's insane to me right now
Great video. For mastering, I would use a multiband stereo enhancer rather than a full band one to ensure we are only widening the higher frequencies. I also use a multiband saturation plug-in like Fabfilter Saturn to ensure I can use different amounts and types of saturation for each band. I also use two limiters (usually the Slate FGX and the DMG Limitless) to reduce artifacts and distortion when increasing the volume.
I was about to use landr cuz I be mixing and didnt really wanna master but just by following your steps and using a couple different plugins. I made it sound way better than what Landr did lol. and I was able to save the preset! I appreciate the video bro

Its better to Export because then you DAW or PC will not loose the CPU. But when you have 100+ Tracks + you use your Plugins your CPU can Crash. So its better to export.
@@polery3235 It’s really not I’ve been using FL Studio for years and when I tried Pro Tools for the first time in 2019 there was a major difference, Pro Tools just has a more powerful sound engine than FL Studio.
Very great video first off. I wish there would have been I video like this when I started. But I want to ask if the instrumental was already mastered before you added your vocals to it? I tend to use way more compression if I'm recording on a beat I did myself because I'm mastering the beat and the vocals for the first time. If you get a beat from another artist it is usually already mastered to some degree already and would require far less compression to achieve a nice sound.
