- In this episode I do a product review on Hygger's Eco Adjustable Air Pump. I am not paid by Hygger nor do I work for them .
I compared their pump with Aqueon, Fluval, Active Aqua, and Tetra Whisper. I really put them all to the test!

I guess the brand Hygger is making headway within the hobby, of late , i realized several reviews of their products... aqueon, merina along with tetra and other brand will now have to step up their game. I have a 4 outlet one that does a pretty good job but this one blows it away..

Great review! I use the fluval air pump on my patio pond and a nano air pump for my fish tank.The power of that hygger pump is outstanding. Its so quiet even at full blast. Very impressive for an air pump.I would absolutely buy it if i needed it for my set up. Thank you for the informative clip!

I mainly use Hygger and fluval products because of their reliability and performance so I'm not surprised how well the Hygger pump did in this test! I have air pumps in 2 of my 4 tanks . They are very useful . Especially in summer when temperature is high to avoid lack of oxygen

Good review. The Hygger air pump seems to work well and is reasonably priced. I have a Tetra Whisper AP 300 air pump that is extremely quiet and has no problem running multiple airstones/filters at depths over two feet or more. Great pump costing a shade over $98 on Amazon. Worth a look at some point.

I actually have one.. I used it outside for the last two years straight.. It was deep running but only had one outlet so I didn't use it plus it doesn't have the strength that it use to

I told you I blew a tank apart with an airsoft gun actually CO2. Shooting an aggressive guppy. So I’ve always had an aggressive tank with Oscars and bait fish I know that better I don get mad then

This is the one I got from Hygger hygger IPX6 Rechargeable Aquarium Pond Air Pump, it’s awesome I replaced all ACOOP dual pumps I have it’s running 7 sponge filters no problem 1 in my 29 gallon 2 in my 60 gallon and 2 each in my 40 gallon tanks with no issue and it’s extremely quite and it’s running on 5 that’s on half the strength of the pump love it I’m going to sell all my other pumps
I have a Hygger rechargeable. It has a dual port . One is much weaker than the other

Hi Chris!
Interesting this comparison with the air pumps you showed, I have several models at home but I changed them for the fishroom by putting a single compressor with diffusion system on each tank to save electricity and have fewer aerators.
If you have the possibility to make a system of ducted pipes for each aquarium, I recommend large professional membrane compressors.
I currently use Hilea oil piston compressors, low price and excellent performance, the only drawback is the noise but I solved it by creating an isolation and filtration of air with activated carbon.
Membrane compressors are fine but you still need to have spare parts of the membrane which dries up over time and loses their power.

as someone's who's fish room is in their room that silence is unmatched by any pump I've ever heard. there is a constant ringing and it's funny if something goes wrong on one of the pumps I can hear where/which one it is because of the change in the constant noise. I might just have to start replacing them because that is how quite pumps are supposed to be!
Quiet is important especially if you are so close to your tanks like you. I sure appreciate your comments, support and kindness my friend.
@@stubbsaquatics6080 I had one I forget the brand but it last all of 15 seconds it was so loud and abnoxious in the room lol it is extremely important when you live close to the fish or even just want to live with the fish in their room and not have a headache after lol and it's my pleasure im extremely glad I found your channel bro I've learned alot and get to see your happy shubunkins!!

@@stubbsaquatics6080 we went through T Spring which is just called Spring now once you get to 10,000 subscribers on TH-cam you’re allowed to have a shelf which you’ll notice we have right underneath our videos that shows all our T spring stuff it’s very helpful and pushing the merchandise you send them the designs and you can make something one at a time and they’ll sell them to you at cost if you want to swap them or give them away or use them for your family then you can make them as much as you want on the side so that you make a few bucks for them if someone buys them we priced ours pretty reasonable compared to most people because we’re really not that concerned about making much money on them we just wanna offer them to our subscribers…. Anyway you may want to check them out because you can still set them up on TH-cam on your merchandise page and then once you continue to grow with subscribers you can have a shelf under your videos like we do it’s very very nice because people can click on them and then it will take them to tee spring and they can check out any color design that they want and pretty much make whatever they want and then order it themselves

While I am impressed of the amount of air, the Hydro pump pushes it does not have a long lifespan. I’m on my second pump and neither one has lasted more than one year. They are very quiet and all of a sudden becoming credibly loud. Not sure what my next step is.
