Sounds amazing! I'm sure its pretty loud in person but it seems pretty quiet on camera. My first real build was my 96 LT1 Firebird after I popped the stock lt1 in 2010 I built a 355 LT1 with stock crank and forged rods and pistons 12 to 1 compression and had the factory aluminum heads completely rebuilt bigger valves cnc ported by advanced Inductions and the stock intake cnc ported by them a nasty hydraulic roller cam speced for the setup and a wet plate system with a 275 shot and a expensive edelbrock nitrous controller and threw a powerglide in it but I had a 3" dual exhaust on it with dyno max bullet mufflers and 4" tips out back it sounded viscous super loud deep and crackly sounded like the devil screaming it went 5.90's @110 with that setup on a 10 bolt with a few Moser parts in it and full interior it was stupid loud i ened up welding 2 more bullets in and dumps to quiet it down some.. The guy I sold it to put a 9" in it cut it up and caged it he had it going 5.50's with the same motor just went to a carb and a fogger setup some piece of shit people stole the car and trailer at his shop . Out of all the cars iv owned that's the one I wish I still had it was really my first fast street/race car lol I miss it
That thing moves! But he wasted a bunch of nitrous before that first run. Theres no reason to purge it that long. 5 seconds is as long as you ahould purge it
Honestly I think the car just has entirely too much power. Listen to the sound of it. That's like top fuel/Nascar type sound, way different than typical heads cam LS sound.
did you really expect it to be a different powerplant? back in the day it was sbc, bbc, mopar. to correct myself. Mopar, bbc, sbc, then maybe ford.. most stangs back then that were competitive had a chevy engine. you're bragging like its something new thats changing the racing game..

@Lumbee Warrior You can only go so far with the 5.0 or 5.8. I own a fox with a 5.0 and when I race the LS swapped foxes I don't even stand a chance. I'm looking to swap a coyote in it soon but I still don't think that will be enough.
