There are a lot more than 24 funny Minions moments. One of my favorites that are not on the list is in Despicable Me 3 when Gru tells them to not be villains but they don't listen and they gear up for mischief with Dru.
Two of my other favorite scenes with the minions are when the one minion spits out the jelly and the others start running and screaming and in the first one when they're crawling through Vector's air ducts and one cracks another minion and shakes him like a glow stick. They both get me every time 😂
My favorite moment is when scarlet has Tim, Bobs bear in Minions and she is literally announcing they won and Bob is just tugging on his bear to get it back😭😭😭

I do like The Minions, but I have my limits to how silly and nonsensical they can be. They're fine as background characters, but in their own 90 Minute spin-off, well, it's just overwhelming.
