Takes me back to happy days... We had the world at our feet...
Apart from Steve Grimmett, if you passed any of these guys in the street you could be forgiven for thinking they were just your average middle aged, balding, dead end job, 'I'll just have a half', Ikea on a Sunday, resigned to the slow onset of boredom, misery and death - type blokes. Not that you'd probably notice them in the first place. Take note, young people of today... We may be greyer, rounder, slower and our beards may now be longer and thicker than our head hair, but amongst those of us of a certain age (45-55ish!) hide those who, given a stage, a guitar (or drum kit, in my case!) and about 2 1/2 pints of something vaguely alcoholic, will once again rise up and be ROCK GODS !!! :D
Now, where are my slippers...?

In search of sanity o unico album que eu gosto do onslaught.
Why did they leave onslaught?
Well you'd have to ask them that really but I would just guess personal differences...
Onslaught is a black metal/thrash band.....steve with grim reapper is a power/heavy metal band....that was a one deal shot from onslaught and grimmet....maybe a year and a half tour...89/90.... and they went to do what they both do best....good music......in search of sanity was and is one of those great albums that we the fans ask....why they didnt do a few more.....well you know what....as a fan of both.....is better that way.....one album in the metal history book...and one album very...very well made....I still own the album to this day....one of my few precious things
Onslaught was and is a thrash/black metal band....1988/89 steve join them for 1 record(commercial)....great metal kind of thrash record....but that was a one shot and a few concerts....this song is very rare and hard to find live by onslaught at that time....you had to see them live and if you lucky they play it.....anyway....I'm glad that steve is doing ok today after all the health issues he went and going throu....he still with us today 2021.....
