I was born and raised. It’s safe in some areas, other areas are not a good idea. Especially after dark. I’m a pretty tough woman now and Riverside had a lot to do with my resilience, but I also have some PTSD too 😅 So. Up to you :)
Sounds like Riverside helped shape you into a warrior! 💪 Seriously though, I totally get it. With every city, some areas are going to be a little better than others. I appreciate you watching 😀
Is the UC Riverside campus area safe? Are there apartments for graduate students close to the university? Where can I get a listing? Just wondering. I think Riverside is one of the better cities in Cali. I've lived in San Jose for the past 12 years and I want out of here.
Based on the info I have the crime levels are low in the UC Riverside area however to get a better idea on the crime levels or to determine if it is safe for you, my recommendation would be to speak with the Riverside PD. They should be able to give a more clear answer to that area of the city. All I can say is that in general Riverside has an overall safety grade of C- according to niche.com. Are you planning to buy or rent once you do move to the area?
Well ucr campus is fine .My dad did a project there and he worked there for a while. While the campus is great the same cant be said about most the students. Most will be the best you have ever met and the rest dont even care about anything. And yes I believe there are homes for graduates they are close I believe if you have anyother questions ask me
Be super careful these days if you’re thinking of moving to Riverside. There police will walk right in and take possession of your home while you are in it for an alleged noise complaint. The Lackluster channel just released the video. Judge for yourself.
The best way I can answer that is just by telling you where the FBI's crime statistics report ranked Riverside which if I remember right was #10 safest city in the Inland Empire. Are you asking because you're thinking about moving here?
@@JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor Yes, I drive it often on my way from Phoenix to Tustin, to visit family. It's always a huge relief when i hit the 241 toll-road. I never knew that downtown Riverside had things to offer. Thanks for your video.
@@austinstitzel seems like a strange conversation here.. all I'm going to say is based on the month aquarius is closer than libra but neither are correct

The campus is safe, however, the area surrounding is not. Then again the same can be said for USC.

What are you talking about?? 🤔 This has to be the best comment I've ever had.
Is it safe?

sometimes
@@JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtordepends on the time of day honestly
Not in Casa Blanco or Rubidioux
It’s as safe as you make it, common sense is the king of safety. If you are moving here, buy in Hawarden Hills or Alessandro heights.
But the 91, through town, is best described as pandemonium...
That freeway can be something else. Sounds like you're obviously no stranger to it?

@@rrl4245 you're totally welcome.. glad you found value here.. let me know if there's ever anything I can help with
Don’t worry I’m on my way
Ok?
I'm going to guess that you are an Aquarius.
❓
What made you feel is an aquarius? Seems more like a libra but aquarius he might be
I hate to say it but you both are wrong.. but I appreciate being the subject of the guessing game 🤔
