I Cannot find FILL AND STROKE on my AE and i'm NEW in AE because i usually use VEGAS
I'd like for my glowing line to appear and start moving only at a certain time in my video and then disappear. How do I do that?

@@magnusbialk4371 layers are like different pieces of paper. Try looking up TH-cam videos , procreate layers. Also look up videos about animate assist. There are some great videos that can explain it better than I can type it 🙂 lmk if you have any other questions

So I found out the problem that I was doing, I had clicked on the clip in order to pen tool the person. You're not supposed to click on any clips so then you can fill and stroke. I hope this solves your issue, it did for me.

Is there an alternative software to do this or you can only do this to after effects? I want to make glowing lines for our project in school. And it is a music video but I can't see any alternative for after effects. I don't want to buy something for a one time use only. Please help.

there is no fill once u click the pen tool
make sure to deselect any layers that might be selected
I do tend to find you go very fast, which is fine. And you also mumble a fair amount, which would also be fine. But combined it's a bit difficult to follow at times.
