Woooow! Sooo beautiful. Just watched this after seeing your react to Matiz ‘fan’ video. I read in comments below about this having troubles in Turkey, that is sad. This just makes the artist all the more special and important, good for him. Hopefully soon people everywhere can evolve to accept all people equally. Anyway, the video and song are absolutely gorgeous! Awesome react Mazigaan!!! And thanks as always for your wonderful interpretation(which I would be lost without, haha). Luuuuved it soooo much, cheeeers❣️❣️❣️🤗🤗🤗🌿🌿🌿

Great reaction and analysis as always. Thanks a lot. You should react to "Nerelere Gideyim" by Mabel Matiz. You'll love it I guess.

Alavere, karavana sevmek yok dedim (TR)
    - I shouldn't have secretly loved him
    Ama kalbim sanki "karakol"da (TR)
But I caught my heart loving he/she
You can use a Turkish word with unlimited figurative meanings. You can increase the artistic value of your sentences by turning them into inverted sentences.
Mabel Matiz does both of these in her songs and you may have to stop the music to think about every line she composed :)
Turkish is a bit like painting.
For example, you can use the word "night" in a sentence to mean darkness, unhappiness and despair, where you create a metaphorical expression by making use of the nature of the night.
Or, in another sentence, you can use the night in the sense of honesty, facing the truth, an escape route.
Here, you can criticize the "day is good, night is bad narrative", and you can tell that what looks good is actually bad.
I can't offer you a word-for-word translation, but I can explain what is being said.
Mabel Matiz says she's at the police station. Because the police station inside his brain caught him secretly loving someone else!

Thanks, nice analysis I like it. but maybe you dont mention it on purpouse but the erotic/homoerotic atmosphere mixed with the mysterious vibes is unmissable. I think Mabel wants to break conventions with this wonderful song paired with the highly artistic, painting-like man loves a man video. Little sidenote: the video got forbidden from Turkish media supervision in Turkiye

Sure, it's really sensual video. Not so surprised for Turkish media as censorship is very strong there 😳
