Hindsight is always 20/20, these are the materia adjustments I would make: Cloud: Instead of Elemental fire/ice offense, I would do Elemental fire defense Yuffie: instead of spirit+vitality I would do Elemental fire defense Aerith: Instead of thunder+wind elemental offense, and Magic Efficiency I would get rid of magic efficiency and move thunder/wind in that spot, and do elemental fire + ice defense giving Aerith all 4 elements. Aerith with blizzaga would have rocked on many rounds
Great vid love the commentary and explanations. I did win using tifa instead of aerith . Instant death is single target thank god because I almost lost the battle after a long time as my cloud was low hp and so was tifa and then my cloud died from instadeath wich almost cost me the win. I did manage to win in the end just to get a bad reward oh well at least we got an amazing guide for it

I'm curious, is it their battle behavior or just overall appearance? At first I thought putting round 1 ultimate party animal as round 9 here was downright cruel but I figured out with manawall it's not so bad
You made this way harder than it had to be... Way bettter builds and strategies out there you can find just searching this fight even here on YT... If you just want to ckear it easy, suggest people follow those instead .. otherwise, grata on the win.
I intentionally don't watch other people because I want my ideas to be fresh and my own. Sure there probably are better methods but this works well and it worked well on the next one too. I honestly have no idea what anyone else is doing, but I do know there's a lot of stuff out there with things like quake, brumal form, etc and while those do work for some I want to give strats that can universally work on all rounds

Omg I’m gonna strap myself in and get focused lol. I feel excited after beating the brutal challenge before this one
This one was the hardest of them all for me in retrospect. I went about 1/5 on the last brutal, 1/5 on bonds, 1/1 to be a hero
