I, for one, enjoy the boring, contextual preamble. 😄 A nice bunch of Vinyl. A little harsh about Best Buy. I do a little business with them and have found them amenable and competitively priced for a fair amount of stuff. I've only kept about a dozen, personally special, LPs from my old, fairly sizeable collection. I'm a Richard Strauss fan, both his music and his conducting. As you are aware, recent era remasters of Strauss-conducted performances have moderately decent sound (at least to my aging ears.) Good batch of stuff.
I'd intended to better organize the five boxes of "retired" LPs before showing them but decided to handle that later. A lot of the product lines I tended to buy at Best Buy have been ported over to online only, so I've had to walk out of there the last few times I've gone. I love Strauss as well and have a pretty hefty CD collection of him. Maybe I'll show it some time. Thanks for staying for the boring context. It's all unscripted and rambling.
