Hole is an absence of electron, when we study about p type semiconductor yhi btaya jata h ki electron ki absence h isliye bond nhi bann rha and uss electron ki absence ko hole kehte hain, fir jab hum iss topic se aage badhte hain electronics mein teachers smjhate hain ki p side se hole move kr rha h ... Hole toh empty space h, move kaese krega.. Electron move krega tb uss jagah create hoga na hole..actually it appears as hole moves because movement of electrons from n side fills hole in p side and leaves hole at its place, it seems like hole has moved from p to n but in actual movement of electron has created hole

Jb impurities add krte hain impurity ke electrons pure semiconductor ke electrons ke sath covalent bond bnate hain, but trivalent impurity mein 3 valence electrons hi bond bna pate hain 3 pure semiconductors ke electrons ke sath, impurity mein 4th electron ki absence ki wajah se pure semiconductor ke ek electron ki bonding nhi ho pati.. Yhi electron ki absence or u can say hole ki wajah se p type semiconductor bnta h, p means positive and hole behaves as a positive charge carrier
