      Can you do a tutorial of how to get video in motion for the BMW X3. I tried to code it but can’t find the option for that on the full paid version. (But it does show on the demo version 😕)

    make sure you change out the cylinder head ventilation to reservoir hose. There is an active recall for it draining the coolant out of the engine and without getting any dash warnings.

    My first vehicle in my name was my 07 ram 1500, 5.7. I got a f30 330i m sport almost a year ago. It spent 6 months in a collision shop, and getting the oil filter housing done (did myself)
    The 330 is my first bmw, and honestly, i like it. Eventually i’ll get bm3, mst intake, exhaust, few other things. If i can tip 400 at the wheel, i’ll be happy.
    Great car, i do wish i had its big brother though lol

    I have a 2017 330e, and the B46 paired with the electric motor are a pretty good combination. On a stage 1 tune, I’m in the high 4’s 0-60. Great video!

    I like the B48 underdog. I have the 2020 m235 b48 and with a jb+ alone ($190) I make 300+whp (340-360bhp) which is more then the 3.0 counterparts (stock). Less than $200 for the same or more power, lighter, and better mileage. W for us.
    Mod for mod, yes the 3.0 wins. But you can save thousands getting the 2.0 and only have to spend a couple hundred bucks to be quicker than the stock 3.0 variant.
    Keep in mind, the 2020 m235 already has 306 hp/330+ ft lbs stock. Bigger turbo and forged internals from the factory.

    • @ayyyman_
      @ayyyman_  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree 1,000%. The B48 is just overall great value for the money. I’m looking forward to exploring its potential!

    I have a 2018 BMW 120i here in Spain, with the b48 engine producing 184hp and is fast enough. If you drive it normal (in comfort or ecopro) you can get a great consmuption, if you want power, you make a stage one, and I don't know there, but here in Europe you can get up to 290+ hp with only the stage 1. It is a really great engine, and relliable too. The new M235i grand coupe and the M135i (the new fwd based bmw's) wich have the same engine with 310 hp, are faster on track than the previous M240i and M140i with the B58 6 cylinders and in acceleration too (even compared to the xdrive versions of b58). So yes, they might not be and sound as great as a 6 cylinder, but you have to respect that is a great engine.

      @ayyyman_  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's definitely an amazing engine! I'm excited to go stage 1 and keep modifying it to see what I can get out of it. I didn't know about that track thing but that's really cool!

    I was debating about a 340i or 330i for my wife. I ended up going with the 330i. I previously had a 340i so I'm used to the B58. I was so surprised at how fast the 330i felt around town and in 0-60 situations. The car is NOT slow at all. The engine is definitely underrated and the gearing helps too. These cars make awesome daily drivers.

    I just got a b46 330i 2017 with RWD. I test drove a 18 Xdrive with the b46/48 engine and that thing shot off. It’s definitely way quicker off the line than my RWD but the one I got was way cleaner and seemed to be better maintained

      Great question. The 330i is definitely more practical and reliable. It’s also easier to work on. But I absolutely love the 435i. It’s more fun to drive for sure. I do think the 330i with the B48 is a great introduction into BMWs if you are new to them but I guess it just depends on how much you’re willing to compromise for something more fun to drive
