The best way to stop police from violating your rights is to demand that officers be required to carry personal malpractice insurance...instead of taxpayers paying for all the lawsuits...makes a lot of sense...if they keep committing these violations the insurance company’s will no longer be willing to insure them making it impossible for the officer to gain employment...this will also bypass the police management from keeping them in hire...

Who pays the cop's personal salaries? THE TAX PAYERS. Cities, Counties, and States carry insurance for lawsuits. Some lawsuits do not involve law enforcement, and entail other disputes. The way to hit cops in their own pockets is to file criminal charges, along with civil charges. If convicted the Citizen victim can ask for restitution under existing programs aimed at private criminals. See: 42 USC 1983, and 1985, for civil violations, add to the civil action the criminal side of police misconduct under 18 USC 241, or 242, and possibly 1951. The FBI and/or DOJ can be compelled to act on criminal civil rights violations by cops or private individuals. Consult a good civil rights attorney on how to do this. This is to F A concerning "qualified immunity". Said immunity is called "qualified" for a reason, that is it is not ABSOLUTE. I sued Lisa Thomas of the Arlington, Texas P.D in Federal Court. Judge McBryde denied her qualified immunity because I showed that she ignored clear evidence that no crime existed, yet arrested me solely on the basis of mistruthul claims by a land owner (who I sued in State Court). Common law is in every court and suit of the sovereign. Police officiers can be sued for wasting your time without a warrant or probable cause. To file any other way is a long haul.

Have had pistols drawn on us by cops; that allowed others to remove and change our property boundaries, with no court involved..Have been threaten with arrest for going down our ingress/egress that is shown on our deeds without any courts actions.Many infractions that are proveable, but NO LAWYER WILL FIGHT THESE TYRANTS, because they do not wish to fight the hand that feed them!

Will Winn, damn sound like the same story as ours somewhat; as our mail boxes were bombed, and even investigators (FBI came, but no results..Our workshop/storage were set a fire and burned to the ground, almost killing my mother, and a withness to the crime, that was a relative of the perpentrator told against them, yet nothing was done!!!! Additional things, such as sitting in court, and being arrested for driving without tags! If one have not undergone these things it would be hard to believe for some. But I have all the proof, and still cannot get any JUSTICE! Would you consider giving a recorded statement to a notary or court reporter so that it can be submitted as sworn testimony? They can video record as well. Then you can post the video on TH-cam. Just for the hell of it, perhaps you should call some lawyers and see what they say. Document the results and if it is legal in your state, record the calls and share them on TH-cam.

I do not think FOI is what is needed in that instance. During a court case there is something called "Discovery". To obtain Discovery you issue Subpoenae. Lawyers ave the authority to issue Subpoenae because they are sworn and licensed. They may be seen as "Officers of The Court". For Pro-Se, typically you have to have the Clerk officialize a Subpoena. (I would argue that a Pro-Se Litigant should be the same as a Lawyer, but that's a whole other matter). So you can use Discovery to obtain evidence. If they destroy or "bespoil" evidence, then by Law, a "Spoliation" inference can be drawn to the effect that the evidence somehow supported your claims, and was destroyed on purpose. So here is the idea: Typically a case is filed via printed documents. I see no reason that a case could not be filed by Video. Certainly those who are illiterate or who may be physically disabled would benefit. Court Reporters in your County will know how to Video Record your testimony in such a way that it could be filed as a complaint. The same Video would then be posted on TH-cam. If the Court insisted on a printed complaint, the same people who did the video would be able to transcribe it and file it with the Court. The American Justice Corporation is a Non Profit Corporation that will assist Individuals by paying the fee for such services. Unfortunately with regard to legal matters, as a matter of Corporate Policy, No One associated with the American Justice Corporation is EVER permitted to answer the "What Should I Do" question. Anyone claiming to be from the American Justice Corporation, and doing so, is committing fraud. Beware. The Corporation may assist you or others with finding someone who can answer that question, Like a Lawyer. Speaking of Lawyers, I think it is important that all persons in your position make videos about their experience with lawyers when trying to get help. That needs to be brought to light. Recording phone calls without all-party consent may be illegal in your state. But when people do not know they are being recorded for a TH-cam video, they show you what they really are. I think that even if you do get permission to record, and document your experience with trying to get a lawyer to help, it will still show how generally worthless they are. The American Justice Corporation will pay for a Court Reporter in your area to Video Record record your claim.

You are not required to be adept at "legalese" in order to enjoy your Rights as afforded by the Courts of this Nation. The Federal Court's Complaint Form tells you to avoid making legal arguments in a complaint. The Court will tell you to express your complaint as numbered paragraphs with each claim expressed as a separate "count". A legal complaint is just like any other type of complaint. You are complaining about something. You can do that in plain language. Do you know the location of the nearest Federal Court to you?
Do a video on civil rights violations by federal and joint task force officers! I have found out through somebody else's lawsuit against an FBI fugitive joint task force in Western Michigan that suing these JTF officers is exceedingly tricky you have to file as many claims in federal court as you can! And if you lose the wrong one (FTCA Claim), you're precluded from pursuing your other claims! Unless the Supremes hive out a new category for nonpreclusive judgements that doesn't go against what Congress originally intended. They did this before in Simmons v Himmelreich. Present case is Brownback v King.

Just wanted to add that increasingly, local law enforcement agencies are forming so-called joint task forces (JTFs) with federal agencies, a practice that tends to blur the role and the function that members of such JTFs take on, and this has led local LEOs (police officers and sheriff's deputies) who are sued for alleged wrongful actions/inactions while carrying out JTF missions to claim that at the time of the alleged conduct, they were acting as federal agents, which would entitle them to greater immunity protections than QI provides to state and local government employees.

Good point, but the problem is that if you get arrested they will steal it from you. The idea is to use live-streaming to send the video immediately to a third-party, or to make it mandatory by law that cops use the cameras, and a Felony for them to tamper with them.

I called it the POCCA (Police Officer's Constitutional Compliance Apparatus). It consisted of a intra-rectal Compliance Electrode that when activated delivers a taser-like shock. People could activate the electrode from a smart phone app.

Hello, I really need help with how I successfully file a harrasment charges and counter sue for all tickets against me. Portland Oregon PD and any in the metro area love to pull people for whatever they can and ticket anyone for whatever and many times have already been prosecuted for criminal acts yet majority of the police have yet to fired. I used to be homeless and constantly harrassed, kicked in the chest at 3am to kick me out a doorway of a shutdown business (which I also had owner permission but didn't know his name) I got off the streets and have been trying to get my life in order but can't seem to do anything without getting pulled over. I get pulled over for petty things like expired tags when I was actually on my way to get my property "legal" because I waved at the officer as I passed him when I was 20 in a 25 because I know he was waiting for school zone. I was completely within my legal right and was not breaking any law aside from not having license, insurance, expired tags. All because I keep getting harassed. I refuse to pay any tickets they give me!
This is a tough one. You can sue the cops in federal court and raise all those claims. The court will probably tell you tough shit, you have to pay insurance, etc. I may follow up on this.

I was pulled over for exspired registration moving mom's car to my house. I have CDL with full endorcements with no violations and no past criminal record. I gave deputy my cdl and told him i was traveling, not driving. There was no registration in the glove box, so i gave the deputy moms name and address to confirm. After returning from his vehicle, he asked me to exit the vehicle to search for the registration. I told him i didnt have the autority to grant him permission to search the vehicle. I also asked him his reasoning for location the paper registration, he clearly saw that i searched the glove box and could not locate it, and did he think by locating it, was he going to find something that made it more unregistered? By then more Deputys show up. The deputys pull there tasers out and all 6 deputys tased me unitl there tasers ran out! I WAS TASED 6 TIMES! Then shot me with a 5 times in the legs with a shotgun with sand bag bullets. I was un armed, and at all times never made a aggressive move towards them. Don't waste your time with this guy's method. His provided information is for subjected US citizens to just "complain", and teaches nothing on how to make a claim of wrongdoing against a man violating your rights while he was acting as a police officer. This video teaches you how to go along with the same system that is meant to protect the cop, and not the victim. His method is to keep the man or woman sueing the cop from seeking remedy. Well you are half right. This video describes the law and to some extent the procedure as it stands. It is not a suggestion of any kind of method, and only serves to describe an established method. There is more than one way to screw a cop. Yes, you can sue their spouses / domestic partners, and I have done so. There are numerous good reasons to do so. One of the remedies you can seek is to try to get the cop prosecuted for criminal charges. Other remedies include money, getting the cop fired, getting their driver's license suspended, getting their pension taken away, and getting them prohibited from further government employment. Pick your remedy, and ask for it. You can sue the cop in their "official capacity" and their individual capacity. You can also sue the police chief, sheriff, and city or county as well. So in short your opinion is not exactly correct. I encourage people to seek whatever legal remedy they want.

People should record every police encounter when possible and I advice people to never tell the cops your recording them. I suggest one should keep that to themselves and let the police do their worse on camera, let them file their lies about the incident in their reports and on the stand before the video's existence is entered in evidence for your defense. Yes but in South Texas in federal court, my attorney clearly worked for them. Now u have to be sneak back to visit my 79 year old parents. A decent deputy tried to help us but nobody else cared, I've tried for over 7 years. We lost in federal court because they wouldn't let the deputy or any of our witnesses testified. If I can, I'm going to try to use some of the concepts in this tutorial to take action against criminal racketeers in my realm. I have ptsd from the courts and this is real ptsd, not badge of honor ptsd which is really traumatic memories, which we all have from one thing or another. Real ptsd is a disability and so with a disability I have to live in public housing. The property managers here have agreed to constantly violate the Fourth Amendment on behalf of HUD, by doing up to at least four and sometimes more criminal enterings of our apartments per year for "inspections." Since it's against the law, what it amounts to is domestic terrorism, espionage (an act of war), Treason (an act of war which is punishable by death), trading (espionage info) with the enemy (the british crown corporation) etc., which is "normalized." They also demand to see our papers as part of the gig and if we don't commit Misprision of Treason by going along with it ... they promptly send us death threats via eviction threats. I think I've gotten three people fired on account of this because I woke them up and so they asked about what was going on or whatever, and so they were fired. We were all told that they suddenly quit. Anyway, they're threatening my life at the moment because I don't want to go to prison for Misprision of Treason by going along with their Fourth Amendment violations. Last year I did it because they freaked out my daughter and extorted money from her (which they've now returned, only because they were caught), and I also was so sick from the stress that I was coughing up blood. This year though I'm blasting them with a bunch of papers and links, etc. I'm not going to any courthouse because I don't have a car and the city busses are filled with people who are shedding bio weapons. If they abandon their offices, then I take over their jobs and that's the way it has to be. I was pulled over by an unmarked detective vehicle. As the 2 detectives approched the vehicle I turned on my camera to record the stop. Once the detect. Realized i was recording, without a command to hand over the phone or instructions similar, the detect. Reached in, forcfully yanked my phone from my hands and turned off my camera. Afterwards i was told to delete the video or be arrested for obstruct.
The police car has to masked according to State Law, then there are designated officers for traffic control who can write tickets/ Bills of Attainder but that goes against Article 1 Sec. 10 of the Constitution of what States cannot do to their citizen’s unless you contract with the State DMV to do commerce but it usually done by fraud, when you buy a car it’s a private transaction but the dealership will take it to the DMV to put your private property into the Public venue instead of your title going to the lien holder/ bank to hold until fully paid and release your Manufacturers Certificate/ Statement of Origin, not a State Certificate of Title in which the State owns your property and you are the Charge keeping it in god working order or the police pull you over for Vehicle Code violations, it’s actually Racketeering under the RICO Statute.

Not sure if you are still checking these videos but if you are I have a problem. I live on Federal Property, Veterans Property (I live in Fort Snelling Mn and no signs are posted to that effect though) and was taken into Federal Court just recently for "Driving" without a license. The Veterans Affairs Police had no proof that I was in my van other than the "He said He saw" proof. The problem with that was that I was in my home asleep and my van was in my parking lot at the time he said he saw me. It was supposed to be 10 am on the 2nd of January 2018. He didn't give me the ticket till 2 pm in the afternoon. I did not sign the ticket. I did go to court and was caught off guard by the court. I had no time prepare and was unable to get a lawyer. I did not have anything with me to prove my innocence. After the Judge ruled against me she said that if I would just go and get a driver's license she would through the case. When I got home I emailed her chambers (found out I wasn't supposed to do that) I wasn't trying to appeal I just wanted her to know that the Veterans Affairs Police made a mistake. I showed satellite photos of my van in the parking lot of my apartment building and also where he was supposed to have been at the time he supposedly saw me. The photos contradicted his testimony greatly. I was told that my letter and photos would be sent to the US Government for further research and to please not contact the judge again. They wrote me back and told me that they were not going to grant me an appeal on the grounds that it would impeach the officer's testimony and they were not going to allow that to happen. Sorry this is so long but I am desperate here. I want to sue the Veterans Affairs Police department for 2 years of harassment and the federal court for breaching my due process to justice. I was innocent but still found guilty just because the Police said so? The VA POlice also said I considered myself to be a sovereign citizen to the prosecutor and she made it well known in court and in doing so made me look rather stupid in court.

Imo, since these violations of the public's trust and interests are so prevalent, officers should be paid double what the current salary is, and forced to never take monitoring devices off of THEMSELVES, with public transparency, so that when conspiracies against rights are even considered by those we entrust, that crime itself can be swiftly ameliorated and dispensed with.

I have had a police vehicle parked outside my house for two days. It is St Pete police marked. It looks like an armored car like a Brinks or Loomis truck. On the side it says “We Are Watching.” Under that are two eyes like the “No Fear” stickers people put on their car in the 90s. It looks like it has those bubble cameras you see in supermarkets on the corners. Really Orwellian and kind of creepy.

When I do it I do it as follows: I name all of the following as separate defendants, at minimum: 1) Officer In Individual, Private, Personal Capacity. 2) Officer in Official Capacity as State Officer, acting under color official right. 3) Municipal Corporation. (City/County), for Respondeat Superior Liability. I rarely, if ever name a department or agency. It may be meaningless, legally.
One thing I do when a deputy tries to get my i.d. unlawfully after not being able to cite what probable cause he has to make the request, is pull out my cell phone open the contacts and show him the phone number of the local NBC affiliate (who have a loooooong record of putting the sheriffs department in its place!) and say that when they get there I would be exercising my constitutional right to place him under citizens arrest for violating 18 usc section 242. Once that happens he will be known that got arrested for violating some ones civil rights and got arrested by a NON-COP. Not sure what you mean. It would probably be in FRCP. I think the time for service after filing the complaint is 90 days now. It used to be 120. It may be in your interest to obtain discovery right away. At the same time you file the complaint, or possibly right after it is served, you can obtain Subpoenae upon persons and things. This means you can set times to look at their documents, and to question them. It may be better to do this immediately. After you serve the complaint, it is pretty regular that the other party will move to get it dismissed. If you have evidence at that point it will help. Your own sworn statement is also evidence on your behalf. In terms of who to serve for a municipality, you would serve any and all parties named in the complaint. As to where to serve them, usually whatever would be their official address will do. If you know their home address, probably can serve it there as well.

I do not think FOI is what is needed in that instance. During a court case there is something called "Discovery". To obtain Discovery you issue Subpoenae. Lawyers ave the authority to issue Subpoenae because they are sworn and licensed. They may be seen as "Officers of The Court". For Pro-Se, typically you have to have the Clerk officialize a Subpoena. (I would argue that a Pro-Se Litigant should be the same as a Lawyer, but that's a whole other matter). So you can use Discovery to obtain evidence.
If they destroy or "bespoil" evidence, then by Law, a "Spoliation" inference can be drawn to the effect that the evidence somehow supported your claims, and was destroyed on purpose.
So here is the idea:
Typically a case is filed via printed documents. I see no reason that a case could not be filed by Video. Certainly those who are illiterate or who may be physically disabled would benefit.
Court Reporters in your County will know how to Video Record your testimony in such a way that it could be filed as a complaint. The same Video would then be posted on TH-cam.
If the Court insisted on a printed complaint, the same people who did the video would be able to transcribe it and file it with the Court.
The American Justice Corporation is a Non Profit Corporation that will assist Individuals by paying the fee for such services.
Unfortunately with regard to legal matters, as a matter of Corporate Policy, No One associated with the American Justice Corporation is EVER permitted to answer the "What Should I Do" question. Anyone claiming to be from the American Justice Corporation, and doing so, is committing fraud. Beware. The Corporation may assist you or others with finding someone who can answer that question, Like a Lawyer.
Speaking of Lawyers, I think it is important that all persons in your position make videos about their experience with lawyers when trying to get help. That needs to be brought to light. Recording phone calls without all-party consent may be illegal in your state. But when people do not know they are being recorded for a TH-cam video, they show you what they really are.
I think that even if you do get permission to record, and document your experience with trying to get a lawyer to help, it will still show how generally worthless they are.

You are not required to be adept at "legalese" in order to enjoy your Rights as afforded by the Courts of this Nation. The Federal Court's Complaint Form tells you to avoid making legal arguments in a complaint. The Court will tell you to express your complaint as numbered paragraphs with each claim expressed as a separate "count".
A legal complaint is just like any other type of complaint. You are complaining about something. You can do that in plain language.
Do you know the location of the nearest Federal Court to you?

I have found out through somebody else's lawsuit against an FBI fugitive joint task force in Western Michigan that suing these JTF officers is exceedingly tricky you have to file as many claims in federal court as you can! And if you lose the wrong one (FTCA Claim), you're precluded from pursuing your other claims! Unless the Supremes hive out a new category for nonpreclusive judgements that doesn't go against what Congress originally intended. They did this before in Simmons v Himmelreich. Present case is Brownback v King.

Just wanted to add that increasingly, local law enforcement agencies are forming so-called joint task forces (JTFs) with federal agencies, a practice that tends to blur the role and the function that members of such JTFs take on, and this has led local LEOs (police officers and sheriff's deputies) who are sued for alleged wrongful actions/inactions while carrying out JTF missions to claim that at the time of the alleged conduct, they were acting as federal agents, which would entitle them to greater immunity protections than QI provides to state and local government employees.
Learn to Conditionally accept- that will burn holes in the pockets of the corrupt! Good point, but the problem is that if you get arrested they will steal it from you. The idea is to use live-streaming to send the video immediately to a third-party, or to make it mandatory by law that cops use the cameras, and a Felony for them to tamper with them.

Hello, I really need help with how I successfully file a harrasment charges and counter sue for all tickets against me. Portland Oregon PD and any in the metro area love to pull people for whatever they can and ticket anyone for whatever and many times have already been prosecuted for criminal acts yet majority of the police have yet to fired. I used to be homeless and constantly harrassed, kicked in the chest at 3am to kick me out a doorway of a shutdown business (which I also had owner permission but didn't know his name) I got off the streets and have been trying to get my life in order but can't seem to do anything without getting pulled over. I get pulled over for petty things like expired tags when I was actually on my way to get my property "legal" because I waved at the officer as I passed him when I was 20 in a 25 because I know he was waiting for school zone. I was completely within my legal right and was not breaking any law aside from not having license, insurance, expired tags. All because I keep getting harassed. I refuse to pay any tickets they give me!
This is a tough one. You can sue the cops in federal court and raise all those claims. The court will probably tell you tough shit, you have to pay insurance, etc.

I was pulled over for exspired registration moving mom's car to my house. I have CDL with full endorcements with no violations and no past criminal record. I gave deputy my cdl and told him i was traveling, not driving. There was no registration in the glove box, so i gave the deputy moms name and address to confirm. After returning from his vehicle, he asked me to exit the vehicle to search for the registration. I told him i didnt have the autority to grant him permission to search the vehicle. I also asked him his reasoning for location the paper registration, he clearly saw that i searched the glove box and could not locate it, and did he think by locating it, was he going to find something that made it more unregistered? By then more Deputys show up. The deputys pull there tasers out and all 6 deputys tased me unitl there tasers ran out! I WAS TASED 6 TIMES! Then shot me with a 5 times in the legs with a shotgun with sand bag bullets. I was un armed, and at all times never made a aggressive move towards them.

His provided information is for subjected US citizens to just "complain", and teaches nothing on how to make a claim of wrongdoing against a man violating your rights while he was acting as a police officer. This video teaches you how to go along with the same system that is meant to protect the cop, and not the victim. His method is to keep the man or woman sueing the cop from seeking remedy. Best to not heed to his advice. Best to avoid UCCs and civil codes and the attorneys who write them. This video teaches to sue a cop, which is never the thing you want to do. File and record a claim against the man acting as a cop, and take his wife to court also. If you sue the cop, then his department will give him all the attorneys, and the district attorney will help him. Detach the man from the cop and his department won't help him. Well you are half right. This video describes the law and to some extent the procedure as it stands. It is not a suggestion of any kind of method, and only serves to describe an established method.
There is more than one way to screw a cop.
Yes, you can sue their spouses / domestic partners, and I have done so. There are numerous good reasons to do so. One of the remedies you can seek is to try to get the cop prosecuted for criminal charges. Other remedies include money, getting the cop fired, getting their driver's license suspended, getting their pension taken away, and getting them prohibited from further government employment. Pick your remedy, and ask for it.
You can sue the cop in their "official capacity" and their individual capacity. You can also sue the police chief, sheriff, and city or county as well.
So in short your opinion is not exactly correct. I encourage people to seek whatever legal remedy they want.

This video opens with absurd bullshit, imo. I disagree that, "I am, 22.7 times times more likely to be killed by a police officer" and include me in the group who are. They say "figures don't lie but liars can figure", and this is a perfect example. I believe I am more likely to be killed by a criminal than I am by a police officer, period. No thinking involved. Yes there are criminal cops out there who abuse their powers as a matter of common practice. Cops are compelled to lie for each other or they WILL suffer the consequences, after the fact. I applaud the technology that makes it possible to record their actions discreetly. I feel any encounter with the police you walk away from is a win. People should record every police encounter when possible and I advice people to never tell the cops your recording them. I suggest one should keep that to themselves and let the police do their worse on camera, let them file their lies about the incident in their reports and on the stand before the video's existence is entered in evidence for your defense. That is the best way to handle corrupt police where ever they exist. Then sue in federal court for rights violations once you have them six ways from Sunday. I believe in service...but my case is,a landmark case regarding the use of informants. This guy beat me over 1hr b4 backup showed up. My neck arm and knee permanently injured. Held me in the jail 5 days with no arraignment, attorney, inadequate medical, out of cell time, no phone call. The CRI ah Manchurian candidate but I was in deputies surveillance. He is getting groomed and protected. I like the cop, I understand he was acting on orders, that being said I got hurt....and given I'm a 55yr old with a disability that is not supposed to happen#

Yes but in South Texas in federal court, my attorney clearly worked for them. Now u have to be sneak back to visit my 79 year old parents. A decent deputy tried to help us but nobody else cared, I've tried for over 7 years. We lost in federal court because they wouldn't let the deputy or any of our witnesses testified. Read my case or speak to the deputy, he knows the trial files completely back to front. But nobody cared. And insulin should be allowed, especially if necessary.....they murdered my husband

It is said that the cops went to the hospital & arrested the innocent man, his family & friends & even his little kids protesting older family being arrested & even the lawyer of the family there was arrested!!!!!!!!! If I can, I'm going to try to use some of the concepts in this tutorial to take action against criminal racketeers in my realm.
I have ptsd from the courts and this is real ptsd, not badge of honor ptsd which is really traumatic memories, which we all have from one thing or another. Real ptsd is a disability and so with a disability I have to live in public housing.
The property managers here have agreed to constantly violate the Fourth Amendment on behalf of HUD, by doing up to at least four and sometimes more criminal enterings of our apartments per year for "inspections." Since it's against the law, what it amounts to is domestic terrorism, espionage (an act of war), Treason (an act of war which is punishable by death), trading (espionage info) with the enemy (the british crown corporation) etc., which is "normalized." They also demand to see our papers as part of the gig and if we don't commit Misprision of Treason by going along with it ... they promptly send us death threats via eviction threats. I think I've gotten three people fired on account of this because I woke them up and so they asked about what was going on or whatever, and so they were fired. We were all told that they suddenly quit.
Anyway, they're threatening my life at the moment because I don't want to go to prison for Misprision of Treason by going along with their Fourth Amendment violations. Last year I did it because they freaked out my daughter and extorted money from her (which they've now returned, only because they were caught), and I also was so sick from the stress that I was coughing up blood. This year though I'm blasting them with a bunch of papers and links, etc. I'm not going to any courthouse because I don't have a car and the city busses are filled with people who are shedding bio weapons. If something were to convince me that the busses were safe then I would reconsider, but as it is, the hoop jumping of the satanic corpus juris is too triggering to me, so I have to use my Sovereign Authority to waive a lot of that and just get to the point of taking these racketeers down. At least they're not trying to hide the evidence, they keep detailed records of their crimes and they claim satanic Justinian Hoax State of Oregon Corporation law as their basis. I already contacted the sheriff and the police about this and they did nothing, so that means that I, as the Sovereign and as the trunk of the tree which makes the branches of government ..... I have to use my own Authority to do what the branches of government are too infested with satanic parasites to do. Fine, times like this happen and so I have to do what I have to do. If they abandon their offices, then I take over their jobs and that's the way it has to be.
Amongst other things, I will attempt a paper arrest where their freedom of movement to communicate, etc., in ways that would continue to break the law are what's stopped. If they resist the arrest, that will be evident by an eviction notice. I will send an email to the district judge and different people. This is pretty much all I can do, but we are at war and so the Oregon JAG has to do their part, too. I know the military cleared out Washington, DC, including the HUD building, so the lower level people who I'm interacting with are the subjects of a military sting operation. The HUD criminals in my area and the nation are being "given rope" which they can use as a lifeline to get themselves out of the racketeering, or they can use it as a rope to hang themselves with.
I will do a Writ of Quo Warranto for sure and that will probably be the centerpiece for this action. I'm doing a big Writ of a Posteriori, though, to show them that we are at war, etc., to wake them up into reality. It's honestly just a courtesy, though, which they don't deserve, but I'm here to save whoever can be saved and to condemn the others to cease and desist.
It's such a super long document and collection of Writs, etc., though, the biggest "paper" I've ever written in my life and I have to manage the time sucking ptsd triggers, too. Gonna keep going and hopefully have it done by the tenth of October, the date they said they would activate the death threat. @@Will_JC, registration & driver licenses have been around since the earliest days of cars & driving, however in these corrupt police departments across the country, it is now a 'means to an end' & the end is 'we are going to cite & arrest you starting with checking your driver's licence registration & proof of insurance'!! Now after watching 'umteen numbers of you tube videos' on cops arresting folk, I myself am concerned if I am ever pulled over will it escalate into a possible arrest on "BS nonsense"?? I have been driving 51 years & now I am seeing & experiencing things on the road that I have never experienced before!! The traffic is oh so horrendous, just 'bumper to bumper' & taking forever getting somewhere!! Aggressive/impatient drivers, especially those driving the various luxury & sport cars!! They are show-offs & the irritating to the ears loud mufflers & back firing, mufflers from the pits of hell & ever increasing road-rage!! It is like 'driving in the gauntlet' from point A to point B!! Plus the UN wants the car to be phased out for the common man on the street & only the high up elites will drive on the streets going as fast as they want & can go!! BTW I had a cop get very angry at me back in 2021 for having my hands in my pockets talking to him & another cop about my brother I was evicting, he really thought I had a gun & was going to shoot him & I saw the extreme anger in his young eyes, it hit me like a brick between the eyes!!

I was pulled over by an unmarked detective vehicle. As the 2 detectives approched the vehicle I turned on my camera to record the stop. Once the detect. Realized i was recording, without a command to hand over the phone or instructions similar, the detect. Reached in, forcfully yanked my phone from my hands and turned off my camera. Afterwards i was told to delete the video or be arrested for obstruct.
If this is true report it to the FBI.

The police car has to masked according to State Law, then there are designated officers for traffic control who can write tickets/ Bills of Attainder but that goes against Article 1 Sec. 10 of the Constitution of what States cannot do to their citizen’s unless you contract with the State DMV to do commerce but it usually done by fraud, when you buy a car it’s a private transaction but the dealership will take it to the DMV to put your private property into the Public venue instead of your title going to the lien holder/ bank to hold until fully paid and release your Manufacturers Certificate/ Statement of Origin, not a State Certificate of Title in which the State owns your property and you are the Charge keeping it in god working order or the police pull you over for Vehicle Code violations, it’s actually Racketeering under the RICO Statute.

Not sure if you are still checking these videos but if you are I have a problem. I live on Federal Property, Veterans Property (I live in Fort Snelling Mn and no signs are posted to that effect though) and was taken into Federal Court just recently for "Driving" without a license. The Veterans Affairs Police had no proof that I was in my van other than the "He said He saw" proof. The problem with that was that I was in my home asleep and my van was in my parking lot at the time he said he saw me. It was supposed to be 10 am on the 2nd of January 2018. He didn't give me the ticket till 2 pm in the afternoon. I did not sign the ticket. I did go to court and was caught off guard by the court. I had no time prepare and was unable to get a lawyer. I did not have anything with me to prove my innocence. After the Judge ruled against me she said that if I would just go and get a driver's license she would through the case. When I got home I emailed her chambers (found out I wasn't supposed to do that) I wasn't trying to appeal I just wanted her to know that the Veterans Affairs Police made a mistake. I showed satellite photos of my van in the parking lot of my apartment building and also where he was supposed to have been at the time he supposedly saw me. The photos contradicted his testimony greatly. I was told that my letter and photos would be sent to the US Government for further research and to please not contact the judge again. They wrote me back and told me that they were not going to grant me an appeal on the grounds that it would impeach the officer's testimony and they were not going to allow that to happen. Sorry this is so long but I am desperate here. I want to sue the Veterans Affairs Police department for 2 years of harassment and the federal court for breaching my due process to justice. I was innocent but still found guilty just because the Police said so? The VA POlice also said I considered myself to be a sovereign citizen to the prosecutor and she made it well known in court and in doing so made me look rather stupid in court.

I will also show you the letter I was sent from the federal government denying my appeal based on the possibility that I could impeach the officers testimony.

Imo, since these violations of the public's trust and interests are so prevalent, officers should be paid double what the current salary is, and forced to never take monitoring devices off of THEMSELVES, with public transparency, so that when conspiracies against rights are even considered by those we entrust, that crime itself can be swiftly ameliorated and dispensed with.

I have had a police vehicle parked outside my house for two days. It is St Pete police marked. It looks like an armored car like a Brinks or Loomis truck. On the side it says “We Are Watching.” Under that are two eyes like the “No Fear” stickers people put on their car in the 90s. It looks like it has those bubble cameras you see in supermarkets on the corners. Really Orwellian and kind of creepy.

Qualified Immunity is a defense. The other party must raise it. You can check Case Law for ways to defeat it. "Clearly Established" Rights are not violated with immunity

When I do it I do it as follows:
I name all of the following as separate defendants, at minimum:
1) Officer In Individual, Private, Personal Capacity.
2) Officer in Official Capacity as State Officer, acting under color official right.
3) Municipal Corporation. (City/County), for Respondeat Superior Liability.
I rarely, if ever name a department or agency. It may be meaningless, legally.

One thing I do when a deputy tries to get my i.d. unlawfully after not being able to cite what probable cause he has to make the request, is pull out my cell phone open the contacts and show him the phone number of the local NBC affiliate (who have a loooooong record of putting the sheriffs department in its place!) and say that when they get there I would be exercising my constitutional right to place him under citizens arrest for violating 18 usc section 242. Once that happens he will be known that got arrested for violating some ones civil rights and got arrested by a NON-COP.
At first I am not believed with them saying I don't have the guts to do that so I press the all button and get the news desk on the line and inform them as to why I need a news crew by this time the person at the news desk is laughing their ass off and the deputy is apologizing and trying to beat a hast retreat.
Haven't had a deputy with big enough balls to get to the point of the news crew arriving and my placing him under citizens arrest.
But, I and the news crew remain hopeful it will happen. When it does I will post it here.

Not sure what you mean. It would probably be in FRCP. I think the time for service after filing the complaint is 90 days now. It used to be 120.
It may be in your interest to obtain discovery right away. At the same time you file the complaint, or possibly right after it is served, you can obtain Subpoenae upon persons and things. This means you can set times to look at their documents, and to question them.
It may be better to do this immediately. After you serve the complaint, it is pretty regular that the other party will move to get it dismissed. If you have evidence at that point it will help.
Your own sworn statement is also evidence on your behalf.
In terms of who to serve for a municipality, you would serve any and all parties named in the complaint. As to where to serve them, usually whatever would be their official address will do. If you know their home address, probably can serve it there as well.

You need to be careful and know how to hold your own court and keep it in your jurisdiction. Learning how to call out anyone is easy, but if you do it in a dishonorable way, it can be a nightmare.
