Just some helpful advice depending on what blood code you are using and what weapon you’re using will suit a Specific blood veil and don’t forget to level up your gear 😄
@jonny s the cathedral is hard because it looks indifferent 95% of the time. In blighttown you have MANY points with which you can orientate yourself around and it changes the layout halfway through (the swamp at the bottom), not to mention it's way more vertical than horizontal, which isnt the case with the cathedral

I did in elementary, 6th grade I was thinking on what to do for my mo for Mother day when the teacher came by and I thought id call out to her but in that quick split-second thinking... I said hey mom... And ill never live it down... I was kinda lucky only a few others heard and she played it off like it didn't happen it's one of the reasons she was my favourite.
I beat this boss on launch day, and it took me way too long to beat her because I played the game in the wrong order. I tried for so long to beat the Invading Executioner before I finally beat her to then stomp the butterfly. Later that day I discover that I had a hard time because I was under leveled. I hadn't found the butterfly yet when I fought her. On my 2nd playthrough I noticed that the path to the swamp was blocked off with a fog wall to prevent people from doing what I did.
When traversing ledges, equip gear that makes your movement light and just yeet yourself from ledge to ledge. Learn to chain drain attacks(Not charged drain) into your moves, you get both ichor and knock your enemy down as well as sometimes guard break. Also depending on the veil, they can do a shit-ton of damage, so chaining them in is a must for maximum DPS. Veils with the fastest and strongest drain attack are Ogre Veils (The claw), while veils with the biggest drain are Hound(2 wolves). ALWAYS keep adrenaline active, until you get the better damage buff from Io's blood code. Always keep an elemental buff at hand as well, Lighting(except those samurai cunts made by Mido)>Ice=Blood>Fire
