The reason you didn’t find much for Brown is that it is heavily shed hunter from Dec through April by snowmobile. I know. Because I buy most of them from that area. I was one of the first to shed hunt that area before the locals began. It was epic.
Hey len…before I even watched the video I was like “hmm that view looks very familiar.” Sure enough maybe half way the camera points little wsw and I can see kusilvak🤪. But always nice watching these people come in and shed hunt on foot in late spring. Awesome video though! Shout out to my bro len Fabich. This was hes shed hunting territory and now he shared it with us all. Good job!
That is southwest Alaska! My hunting grounds and through the years I’ve seen people from all over the lower 48 come to my grounds and hunt them and it never disappoints.
I would never cook in my campsite in Alaska, or anywhere there are bears. Nice shed hunt! I hiked 2 weeks in June one year and while I didn’t shed hunt, I kept my eyes open for a moose paddle, and never saw one.
Enjoyed this one. To be honest seeing the country instead of all the shooting at the ground to hide where you are shed hunting makes it better. Dogg and I would love to shed hunting Alaska.
100% the scenery adds so much to a film. Sadly, here at home that would give away all my favorite spots a lot more than it already does. I’d love to show off the places I go

Damn, what a year of shed hunting. I seen you packed out another trip out to the same area 2024. I got to say, we were stunned and blown away last year. There just wasn’t enough big moose sheds to find at flat top. I want to tell you an area where I and a whole bunch of us Scammon Bay ppl search. It’s an area south of flat hill and it’s known to many others in our region as the Volcanoes. There a short video of me finding a set but that are where I search has some monster trophy sheds. I have pics of multiple shots I’ve found in late January February and searching as late as March, that area is crazy and has a lot of classic monster bulls! I’d like to see a video made in that area ‘25 if you want to give it a try. We can’t find them all and I fly in and out of Scammon Bay and I see atleast 10-20 sheds old and new, trophy grade set at an area that are white. I’ve passed over that area multiple times and seen a hand full of nice sheds. Give it a try! Isiah

You can get m back to true color using kaliumpermanganaat in a bit of water. At first they will turn purple but then they come back to life.
