Hi I love that I've found your page I just subscribed Can i ask a question I am a retired pro kickboxer who now just trains fighters and I am on my feet all day holding pads and I still train every day myself (no running ) I am quite full of metal after years that took on my body esp knees both recoed and metal plates and screws in one ankle so I just search the planet for the softest mushy pillow like sole shoe just.to stand and walk in whilw working..i have hoka bondi 6 and adidas ultra boost and they get me by....so out of these two shoes whcih would you suggest for me ..
Interesting video. I have both shoes, and for my training I focussed mostly on the Turbo 2, then for race day it was about the Fly 3. The outsole at the rear on the fly 3 is definitely less supportive so is definitely geared around going faster and more on the front foot. But yes, the Turbo 2 is an amazing shoe, suitable for everything. Shame it's now been binned by Nike.
I am a big man and feel ZF 3 gives better cushioning and reaction then any of the Pegasus series where they have combined react and zoom x tech. Also did not feel unstable at all while running.
Hi I am not huge but have a ton of Injuries from years as a professional fighter lots of screws and plates in my knees and ankles so my whole life is worked around finding the most soft cloud like cushioning so you would say zoom 3 would be more like that out of the 2 here

Ran a 50k road ultra earlier this year in the Zoom Fly flyknit. Performed really well and the react foam protected my legs great. Can't wait to get my Zoom Fly 3 in purple!

I've managed to pick up a pair of Zoom Fly 3s for £83 in the Nike sale but wondering if there going to be worth keeping. Already got 4 pairs of Turbo 2s stashed away which I love but was tempted to try these. Just not sure I'll get the best out of them as I'm not super speedy. I've not even tried them out yet!
I had the Pegasus 27 back in the day, ran a marathon in them and they were great. Now got pair of Peg 36's which are so comfy! recently bought pair of vomero 14's for long runs as got more cushioning! - just debating whether to complete the set and get a pair of Turbo's for races and or/tempo runs?

It’s weird the recent Nike’s you get a fair bit of heel slip. It’s the same in the new infinity as well! I went down a size but ended up back in a 9.5. I have just played around with lacing that seems to work
I had low arch in left feet, and lil'bit overpronation.. but i had neutral arch and normal without overpronation in right feet. Which one the best I should buy? I've been running for 5K, 10K, 21K and FM42. Thanks anyway..
It’s a neutral running shoe and as a neutral runner hard for me to comment. Best advice I can give would be to get to your nearest running store and try them 🤩good luck
would you recommend the zoom fly 3's to a beginner runner with slight wide feet? I'm new to the sport and have been using the Brooks ghost 13 for my runs but feel i need a shoe that will help running form. Any advice helps, thanks.

Just to follow up on this, I wore the Zoom Pegasus Turbo 2s for my marathon last week. No problems with my feet at all! No pain! My legs were dead but can't blame the shoes 😉😊 Thanks again for the review!!!

Turbo 2's cushioning is the best so far from Nike. It can literally be worn in any occasion and doing any types of runs.

I would not. The ghost are a great shoe. If you are looking for a light faster shoe then maybe the turbo 2

When you talk about speed... What speeds are you talking about..? You may run a 6 min mile, I may run a 4.44 mile.. Big difference.
