3.আমরা বাইরে গিয়ে ভিডিও বানাচ্ছি কারণ বেশির ভাগ subscribers আমাদের channel subscribe করেছেন food explore দেখার জন্যে. তবে আমরা সব রকম সাবধানতা অবলম্বন করেই video বানানের চেষ্টা করছি.

Amar personally mone holo jehetu it's a primium item, ami sasugage introduce kori to get Feedback.
Once I get get feedback from Roasted Cart clients I start serving sasugage instead of Boti which was really small.
Now come to the Sausage, it's almost 100grm in weight that means as per the market rate boneless its cost 35/- (no making charges added since I am doing this),
Good quality Pineapple cost 70,
Cost of size which I intro is 10
Panner full cream cost 450/-size
Cost of size we introduce 20
Total 35+20+10= 65
Now pls add coal , labour cost ,sausage, Michael sauce (again prepared by me), butter, and the concept. Rs.60
Total 65+60= 125
M selling at 140
Margin rs.15
I hope I have cleared your all questions, see I always said it's not my cart , Roasted Cart belongs to you people.
And yes you might get this (since its only a stand alone dish in west Bengal till date) in any star rated resto at approx 250/- minimum
