Customer service veteran here to explain. I'm from Saudi Arabia and I've worked 17 years in customer service at multiple international companies. I believe Hakoom, not only because I know he's an honest person, it's because I know this pattern of how they treated him and his case, I witnessed tons of cases neglected and ignored when I worked under incompetent arrogant CS managers or supervisors. Therefore, CS staff naturally will know that pleasing him/her to look good in front the top management is more important than the clients then of course you end up losing the loyal customers. PS: I know the software they're working on from the leaked screenshots I saw, it's trash but they can find out who did through history if they are really thinking to help him.
tbh I think all the data should be hashed, I don't see why support needs to see it if you gotta get it 100% right anyways Might as well let the customer put into the field and it generates the hash and it either passes or fails No more data leaking via support, data requests will be only way to pull the clear data then and if they have that process locked down right and the other parts it should solve 90% of the internal problems relating to it. Though won't be cheap but compared to the revenue lost to stolen accounts that get banned when the owner tries getting them back and wasted support hours on time wasters it'll be massive improvement.

There are many reasons the trophy system became trash. 1. The auto pop system that was introduced with the ps5 people just took advantage of that for an easy platinum by moving their save files. 2. There are a lot of small games that give u a cheap platinum within a few minutes of playing the game. 3. A lot of games trophy lists that are unable to be completed, like having online trophies in a single-player game, but the online servers r down. 4. Trophy lists that force u to co-op, but co-op is unavailable in the game anymore, or the co-op is not online, so u need 2 accounts to finish it off. The main main reason is the first 2 points. The other 2 points are not that big of an issue for most trophy hunters, but they're trash requirements.
Leaking information and selling accounts has been a thing since 2012. It's nothing new and has happened to many people, especially special accounts with 3 letters or a large game library, It's a business. I hope they take it seriously after it happened to a famous person. I hope you email him. He said he's welcome to talk to anyone.
the last video when Hakoom talked about "Morocco" this is ofc a bad translation but lets me explain it in 30sec. here in middle east we used this word "almaghrib" which mean when the sunsit, its also means "Morocco" which the country on west side where the sunsit, but defintly he havnt traveled to morocco xD

He did not go to Morocco, but in the previous video, the translation was literal and translated it to 'Morocco' when he actually meant 'evening' because the pronunciation of 'evening' and 'Morocco' is the same in Arabic, with only a difference in pronunciation

the trophy system became trash after ps5 release because some trophy hunters abused a system where they use the same cheap indie platinum farm games that was purchased on ps4 and gain another platinum on the same game but different console which is the ps5 so basically 2x their trophies. and even so there is regional editions where they can get many platinum trophies of the same game. correct me if im wrong :)
Maybe you could help me out on this. On the ps5 I noticed some gamers over mad platinums on their profile. I check out their profile and see these games that are all plat. What ps5 does shows the time and date one these games.. Example one gamer had Elden ring platinum under 50hrs time stamps was about 2min to 5min after another. Same goes for over games like RR4 remake, beat that game under 20hrs. Is this what they do on faking these trouphies?
That's one of the reasons why I mostly have PS Vita trophies. It would not be feasible trophy hunting on other consoles. I have the Xbox Series X, but I'll only be doing achievements for games that I really like.

That is his blood pressure (BP), the higher number is called systolic BP which is supposed to be less than 130 at rest. And the other number is called diastolic BP which is supposed to be less than 80. That means he's BP IS high. But it is probably because of anger. Usually anger, not sleeping well, exercise these things elevate your BP temporarily. Either i hope he's ok but he should get it checked for sure.
