Singapore airlines food really let me down so much on my recently flight to Jakarta return. The fish was just so bland and the portion is so small and the rice was so dry and vegetables overcooked and the whole meal was under seasoned :(

I am talking about the world map at 1:50 which shows PoK and LAC (Kashmir) on the wrong side.
i think he means that the dish is placedsquarely at the centre india, rather than over the top of india where Kashmir is
