Yoon Se-Ri (Son Ye-Jin) is an heiress to a conglomerate in South Korea. One day, while paragliding, an accident caused by strong winds leads Yoon Se-Ri to make an emergency landing in North Korea. the subtlety and nuance of the humor from both Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin is fabulous. I just burst out laughing at this scene
I can’t help but notice how buffed up Hyun Bin looks compare to the past (Alhambra days for example). He must have worked out a lot!😍

I ❤️ every scenes they’re together. Some super duper romantic, some so darn funny especially those of her early days in N Korea. Son Ye-jin is da QUEEN , her dialogue timing & later I found out ad lib is SUPERB. Such a natural and Hyun Bin ...aaarhh u could just stand there like a ‘national treasure’ ( the ajummas’ words) without uttering a word , you’re still the best lol 😂
Fun fact: the main leads on this show got married and now have a son together

It's a series which doesn't offend anyone. They make it seem like nk is just like village. It's light hearted for international audience.
The character in the show is the son of a high ranking official. They are the ones who get the best rations even the capital only military personnel can live there.
