I Googled jet lag. In general, the body will adjust to the new time zone at the rate of one or two time zones per day. For example, if you crossed six time zones, the body will typically adjust to this time change in three to six days. It is worse when you travel in an easterly direction like from the orient to the USA. Jet lag is temporary, so the prognosis is excellent and most people will recover within a few days. As I type, it is 4:30 AM (tomorrow) in Bali and 3:30 PM Austin time. That means per the above info that jet lag could last 3 to 6 days! Good luck!

Thanks for that info, Jimmie!! You know, the jet lag lasted about 5 days. I felt the worst right around day 3, because I had tried to acclimate back into my regular routine in this time zone but just supplement with naps, and that was absolutely not enough. So, I would agree with what you found!!
