Whne they moved you from a chapa to another, did they charge you again? Have you heard about the Fatima's hostel or Base backpackers' shuttle buses? Are they still functioning? tnx!
Thanks for watching! So much about the chapa system just depends on the individual whims of the driver, so it's hard to say. When I was there, I did meet someone who was taking the shuttle buses back to Maputo, so as of last December, it was functioning. Hope that helps.
