Great to see you back! And what a classic song to kick it off!! Love the raspy vocals, the big and loose drum sound - very Bonham-like, and a great bass line. I first heard their song from another reactor and immediately downloaded it I loved it so much. 1970’s definitely the best era for rock and music in general IMO.

I heard a Humble Pie song years ago (I mean like 25-30 years) but I never caught the title. The Frampton sound really stood out and I liked it a lot, but I’ve never been able to find it! Are there any really good songs from the Frampton era that you really like?
@@doplinger1 The album Rock On is amazing, it's the last one with Frampton. The cuts I mentioned, Shine On, 79th and Sunset, Stone Cold Fever, The Light and Red Neck Jump are all from that album and the entire album is amazing. Frampton's first solo album, Wind of Change, is amazing. I believe Ringo Starr is on one of the cuts. Also his second, Frampton's Camel is so good too.

Steve Marriott was one of the greatest British blues singers…….not as well remembered as some others because the bands he was in were successful….but never HUGE (like Zeppelin)…so his name hasn’t come down the decades……but DANG, he was so good……as was Humble Pie, if you like blues rock…which I definitely do.

Hello George, it's been a while, but it's great to see you back at it. I hope everything is going well for you and Patrick. I thought I'd suggest another band to give a listen, if interested. "T-Rex - Get It On (1971) HD 0815007" (by the channel: Emma0815007) --T-Rex was an English rock band, formed in 1967 by singer/songwriter and guitarist Marc Bolan. The band came to an end after Bolan's death in a car crash in 1977. But they have a pretty good collection of work to explore, if interested. Ther discography consists of (4) "Tyrannosaurus Rex" albums, and (10) "T-Rex" studio albums...and they have some live albums as well. Marc Bolan was also a great poet; he wrote pretty sweet lyrics. He is considered one of the first pioneers of the "glam rock" movement in the 70's. It was fun rocking with you, George. Thanks for sharing. peace out~
Marc Bolan was a VERY talented lyricist and singer and a heart throb to all the ladies for sure. Think of him as the 1st “Peter Frampton-type “.
(I was a Peter Frampto fan in the 70’s too as a little girl.. my older teenager friend across the street introduced me to him on a big Vinyl album she had)…wonderful!☺️

What hurts the most is the fact that they never communicated with us at all over so many months. I mean, surely they could have uploaded a community post just to give us some kind of update as to what was going on? They seem to be doing well, I've been checking their Instagram accounts and there seems to be pictures of places they've been on holiday recently, so nothing wrong there. Oh, I'm really sorry you've been dealing with health issues, I do hope you're feeling better now. I've been retired for a few years now and I love it, so I really hope you get to enjoy your retirement too! Yes, I was one of their biggest supporters but I don't feel like it now, they've treated us so appallingly, but they probably don't see it like that! The thing is, because I'm subscribed to other channels I see a massive difference in the way I'm being treated there compared to here! I noticed a pattern with them so I'm not getting my hopes up:/ Retirement hasn't been great so far; my adult boys have married recently & don't hear much from them kind like George & Patrick. Lol. Plus my health; but hoping after a minor surgery I can feel better. It's hard being single; plus have lost so many loved ones to that dreaded pandemic of late - guess that's why these videos help so much & they should appreciate us more!!

What Patreon channel are you talking about, George? There's been nothing on Patreon since July last year and that was just a post! I've cancelled my subscription and I'm sure many others have cancelled as well, what is the point? We will see what happens but I doubt there will be much going on. I would really like to say it's good to see you and have you back, but going by past experience, you could be gone again after a couple of reactions, it's happened so many times before. I just think it's all really sad that you treated us, your loyal supporters so badly, we've been here for you but you have not reciprocated, a year or so ago, maybe 2022? I would never have believed that BroAction would be so inactive, and get into this state. Patreon was great, corresponding with Patrick re messages, that seems a lifetime ago and it was great fun, I know it will never happen again. Also, George, you've probably seen in the comments that this reaction is not new. You reacted to the exact same song and video with Patrick on 26th March 2022. Doesn't really look good does it, you come back after a few months absence and do a reaction that's been done before! I think you should do a bit of research before doing the next one, just a suggestion!

I understand, there were promises that never came through… hard to trust it will be steady. I found an awesome reactor that does 2 or 3 songs daily. Shawn Salvadori. He does not pause. (When he first started, he did, but he stopped pausing soon after that.) He TRULY appreciates & loves music. I often thought about you and said..Anne would LOVE his channel! He is interactive & he is a sincere, conscientious person. I’ve seen him moved to tears & they are not put on. So, if you haven’t already, check him out, look through his super vast catalog. I really don't know what is going here with this channel, we've been through it all before so many times, George makes promises and they are never carried through, does he think we've got short memories or something? The notification came through about 9.00pm UK time saying there would be a livestream starting at 10pm. I thought, great, I'll be able to ask a few questions then about what has been going on! Should have known it was too good to be true, it was just a reaction as before, so why George set it up as a livestream, I've no idea, does he actually know what a livestream is??!! Yes, you're so right, we've been burned too many times before, it's a very familiar pattern, and to be honest, Candace, I don't believe a word George says, he promises things and never carries them through.
