Devin is honestly the most unique creator in the game. All his levels feel so raw and unfiltered. The way he just has one style and then throws it out the window every 15 seconds makes it feel like one of those recent tab levels that can’t decide what they want to be, while at the same time also feeling so put together and thought out. His levels honestly feel like a well constructed fever dream with the way it will be normal one second and have a solid theme going and then suddenly it’s a totally different theme and there’s some disturbing art strewn around the level too, giving it a kind of feel of something being off. And every time he manages to use a song that perfectly captures his entire style. The way the songs also feel raw and unfiltered with the bass boosted drums (maybe that’s not drums but idk) and the way the beginning is so chill and normal and then promptly turns chaotic and unfiltered. Devins levels truly give off the most amazingly unique energy I’ve ever seen from a level.

My guess would be that since the third icon is only a wave he just made the icon and then used follow triggers to make the trail. Then he probably used the touch trigger and move triggers hooked up to a spawn loop to move the wave up and down and collision blocks to detect when it hits an obstacle. But that's just my guess.
