I wont suggest following this called "ayanokoji formula" routine. We all live different lives with different environments, perspective, people, avability. Its better to create a routine thats based on the factors affecting you rather than a universal routine like this one. You wont be able to follow it, trust me. I also dont like the idea of making an entire week of plan, its good to have a general routine for a week like i will do gym on x, i will do this at y regularly, but planning everything is a waste of time. Every day is a different day, you would get side tracked easily from your routine.
