    I took some notes.
    7 days 7 transformation
    Day 1: Lay the foundation before you raise the walls.
    -> Structure and preparation-
    **Ayanakoji knows the value of structuring his time and actions.
    Thing to learn: need to structure your week
    Use calendar : write down your homeworks, exam dates, deadlines, even personal goals.
    Executing the plan: at the end of the day the truth is that without a structure you are just drifting but when you design your week intentionally you take control over your time and further extension over your life.
    Day 2: Let your mind breathe in stillness
    -> Focus on NOTHING
    SILENCE HAS BECOME UNDERRATED
    **Silence is where clarity lives.
    Dedicate time everyday to silence and self reflection.
    Sitting alone in silence for 5-10 minutes without distractions and start asking general questions to yourself.
    By doing this consistently and you might even uncover parts of yourself you didn’t even know were there.
    Day 3: Prune the unnecessary to let the essential thrive
    ->Time is a limited resource.
    ** Take a step back and evaluate where you are spending your time and energy.
    ARE YOU WORKING ON TASKS THAT BRINGS YOU CLOSER TO YOUR GOALS OR ARE YOU GETTING CAUGHT UP IN THINGS THAT DON’T MATTER?
    Focus on things that will make the biggest impact- but this is not all
    **A cluttered environment leads to a cluttered mind.
    Tidy your room
    Day 4: Be the mountain, Unshaken by the winds.
    ->THE PREFRONTAL CORTEX: this is the reason which is possible for emotional regulation, decision making and focus.
    The best way to train it is MINDFULNESS and MEDITATION
    Just do 5 minutes of mindful breathing.
    Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and focus entirely on your breathe.
    When your mind wanders, just bring your focus back to breathing.
    Day 5: Strengthen your body as a means to fortify the mind
    ->Your body is the vessel that carries your mind.
    Simple manageable physical training can have huge benefits for your mind and your overall well being.
    Day 6: Plan with insight, act with resolve.
    ->Train your ability to anticipate, adapt and execute
    **Take your time out of your day and play a few matches of chess
    Train your mind to recognize patterns, threats and opportunities.
    Thinking is way isn’t easy, it takes efforts to slow down and analyze
    Day 7: Turn inward to understand your true path.
    ->Day of reflection.
    Create your very own self audit.
    Start by asking yourself these questions:
    1.What are my current strengths?
    2.What are my weaknesses?
    3.What are my goals?
    4.Am I truly moving towards them?
    Write your answers carefully. NO RUSH!
    For each weakness, identify one small actionable step to improve it.
    = For each strength brainstorm ways to maximize its impact.
    By the end, you have created a personalized blueprint which gives you clarity and a clear path forward
    With actionable steps.

    You're right... Now if you actually wanna be like Ayanokoji, all these 7days steps should be put inside one day and practice it daily. That way, you'll be squeezed just like Ayanokoji was squeezed in the whiteroom and it will make you crazy tough in every aspect

    I wont suggest following this called "ayanokoji formula" routine. We all live different lives with different environments, perspective, people, avability. Its better to create a routine thats based on the factors affecting you rather than a universal routine like this one. You wont be able to follow it, trust me. I also dont like the idea of making an entire week of plan, its good to have a general routine for a week like i will do gym on x, i will do this at y regularly, but planning everything is a waste of time. Every day is a different day, you would get side tracked easily from your routine.
