- Hi everyone and welcome to my channel, today I'm restoring a wax doll! They are super rare, as wax is quite a fragile material, so only a few have survived. I believe she originates from Germany, unfortunalely I havent' found any info about her original look, so this time I let my fantasy flow. I've decided to make her a Scottish witch and created a milk thistle inspired outfit for her) Hope you'll enjoy this video!

Her arm moving really caught me off guard lol I thought I was imagining it for a second there!
I think even if these dolls are cursed or haunted they would never haunt you since you do such an amazing job of taking care of them. Everything is so well done and it's so relaxing to watch!

Cursed haunted doll that has caused lots of awful things ends up getting bought and then restored by someone, the ghost is super confused and instead of doing evil haunting things, does nice stuff. Like leaving flowers or folding the laundry xD

They are so rare now. I have only seen them in museums.

I would love for you to restore my great Aunt Suzi's doll. She received it on her 7th birthday. The doll is now over 100 years old and has been passed on to the next Suzi - ME! Right now the doll sits in the closet on the top shelf.
She looked very sad when the owl brought her,in fact it looked like she’d been living in the nest,poor thing.But you worked your magic on her and not only is she beautiful,she makes a sound.And she has a really gorgeous new outfit to wear too.I love those colours together,they complement each other perfectly.Looks so pretty with her hair colour too I love watching you work on the dolls.Now she can be enjoyed for many more years to come,and be passed down the family.🥰

So far this seemed to be the most complicated type of dolls to repair that I’ve seen, a lot of heating and peeling processes required, but your patience definitely paid off !! Great work 💗💗

Having worked with wax-based pencils I knew what you were using the turpentine for. BTW love the mushrooms on your palette plate.

Es un gusto enorme volver a verte, con ese amor que TRABAJAS reparando esas Muñecas que en su momento fueron lindas. Aunque hay algunos comentarios que no me parecen los adecuados, para una PERSONITA como TÚ, que se enfoca a darles la apariencia linda que tenían. Podría asegurar que NO HAY NADIE que logre hacer este trabajo al cual pones amor, paciencia, inteligencia para diseñar sus vestidos y todos sus accesorios. Aquí NO se trata de "brujería", ni mucho menos que se diga tal palabra. Para mí, ésto es "* ARTE NATURAL *" que me transmite mucha PAZ, TRANQUILIDAD Y TERNURA.

The face really felt like a moment of trusting the process with the face; it had a moment of looking strange, but after being painted, adopted a pleasant and vaguely aloof look. Isobel is very cute!
Maybe this is a weird thing to say, but I feel like it would be oddly special to be able to touch her clothes? Most of the fabric you used was antique/of its time and I imagine it has a completely different look and feel to its modern counterparts.
That was not an easy job for sure! You're very talented and the result is amazing! The atmosphere was a little bit spooky (which I like very much). Every time I'm watching a video of yours it feels like I'm in an ancient magical world. Thank you.
