Easy Delicious Ice Cream Dessert - Eskimo Cookies - Day In My Life -

Peanut Butter Dessert ⬇️
Pie Crust
3 Cups of cookie crumbs
½ Cup of peanut butter
4 tbsp melted butter
*Mix everything well and press into your choice of pan. Bake on 350F till golden brown. Let cool completely before adding the filling.
Filling
1 pack of creamcheese
½ Cup (or less) of sugar
½ Cup of peanut butter
2 Cups of whipping cream (before whipped)
2 tsp Vanilla
*let Creamcheese softened, mix Creamcheese, sugar and vanilla still smooth, add peanut butter mix again till smooth, then add whipping cream mix till you have a nice creamy consistency.
Add to your pie and let it freeze. Let it soften a little before serving! Enjoy :)
Note: Recipe makes 2 round 9" pies.

¼ Cup of butter
⅓ Cup of brown sugar
⅔ Cup Oatmeal
2 tbsp coco powder
3 tbsp coconut flakes
*melt butter add rest of ingredients, mix well then press onto parchment paper. let freeze and enjoy:)

Your videos are great! I enjoy every one. Those recipes look so good!! I love anything with peanut butter. The chocolate oatmeal cookies, my mother called them chocolate oatmeal macaroons. They have all sorts of names and they all taste good! I’m going to have to make those pies!
A great way of removing sticky or gummy residue is to use peanut butter! It’s pasty and has oil that breaks up the gum. It even removes bubble gum from kids hair. No need to run for the scissors! ❤️🙏🏻😊

Oh I grew up making those cookies as a child and I still make them although now I use non calorie sweetener . We call them no bake oatmeal cookies.
