I loved testing this campaign, everything about it is amazing and I’m so glad that already people are loving it. The final level used to be even more insane than it is currently, I can tell you about it in DMs. Ogre Shipwreck is definitely OP, the Ogre gains an AoE on his attack once getting to T2 and Musket Rage as a super high cost efficiency, definitely try it out more. Also, the next KRA update we’ve been testing for a bit, and it’s definitely a great addition to KRA.
Oh I definitely want to hear about the final level. I can't even imagine it being harder than it already is. I got stuck for a good while on the wave when the first two bosses appear. I spent so much time trying to take down the Black Corsair that I didn't have enough time to deal with Macaque. Not surprisingly Ogre Shipwrecks turned out to be the solution, as a couple of them can stall him shockingly well while Musket Rage does it's thing. I'm definitely sold on the Shipwreck. Musket Rage is amazing with an efficiency score of 13! That is, if my calculations are correct at least. Did I get the count of 16 shots right? That's what I counted based on both the audio effect and the visuals, but even at 1/4 speed it was still difficult to be entirely sure. I didn't know the Ogre's attack turned into an AoE at level 2, but that makes it all even better. Did you guys get the numbers on the ranged and artillery attacks? If so I'd appreciate if you would DM them to me so I can add them to my spreadsheet. I'll catch you on Discord, as there's a question about the KRA update I want to ask.
Is it the best campaign in Vengeance? Yes. Was it needed? I...don't think so. Ironhide should stop being silly and make dlcs for games which deserve it way more (Frontiers & Origins in question).
sure, im not a fan of the new games engine, im much more keen on the style of the first 3 games. Alliance did manage to defend itself well from my scepticism that i had for it, but vengeance... nah, i dont think that vengeance is all that good.
I think vengeance is the only villain game they’ll make which is why they keep making dlc for it to cover all bases we’ve gone through in all the other games. Hopefully we get a jungle dlc too
What I'm hoping is that we'll get a two faction playthrough, like the original Warcraft games where you could play both the human and orc campaigns. I'd love to see a game where you play through separate Linerean and Dark Army campaigns.
In short. Worthed every penny. I liked the second boss, 4th level design and the final level the most. Fighting multiple bosses at once?! Sign me up. Plus the enemies are quite good. Shame there was no megalodon on the last level. The idea of parrot pecking away your gold is cool though. And the hero is actually op. Sorry Isfet, but your hex and occasional meteors with a storm cloud are no match for stall, area damage (which are pretty spamable ) FAST TRAVEL over huge distances, and the conversion.
Note that Goblin Launcher doesn't just "make the cannon periodically send another unit". The cannonball that shoots the goblin has its own cooldown separated from its main attacks, so it's an extra shot every other two iirc. That's incredibly good And it is actually an OP tower. One of the best ones. You can just spam it in almost any level and win
Good to know. I hadn't investigated that ability too much (since Musket Rage is obviously the best skill of them all), so that's how I thought it worked after observing it a few times. I still wouldn't quite agree with it being OP. While spamming it did work wonders on the third level, I didn't find it had the same effect on the other levels. Definitely can't do it on the second and final levels, as it's not reliable for dealing with those unblockable monkeys due to its slower attack speed. You probably could mostly do it on the fourth level, except for having to build some magic towers to deal with the Foul Cockatoos on the top exit.
i think the DLCs are worth the money if you're truly a fan and can afford it. Hammerhold is great, and Pirate Kings is some of the best KR content ever, which is awesome to see for Vengeance
The DLC was absolutely amazing :D, now hopefully HOPEFULLY vengeance can finally be considered a finished game and will never get any further updates. Just let this game die now
😂 I love Vengeance but I agree. I want to see them start putting this kind of effort into Alliance. Thankfully I think that's their intention going forward.
People always complain about not having the encyclopedia, but I've just never missed it personally. What is it about the encyclopedia that people want it so bad?
@@suei_von_ulea.13 And why should it? It is not a tower defence game it’s a turn based rogue-like strategy game and in that sense it’s really good. The balance is great and it’s a lot of fun if you’re willing to give it a try.
an origins campaign with ancient/dark fantasy serpent enemies would be so sick, wish they put this work into origins
I'm not holding out any hope they'll ever go back to Frontiers or Origins again, but I agree.
Ninjago?

@@4030Gaming ranged attack I believe is a 1.5 attack speed, and is 4 second attack speed iirc.

What I would give for an Origins DLC...
That random ass dragon in that desert area in origins look like a boss.....I still waiting😅😅😅@@4030Gaming

Havent got the time to look into this DLC so your video helps a lot. Thanks
You're welcome!
Ironhide would never make a minicampaign on par with the frontiers minicampaigns....

This dlc is pretty good when comparing to the last one. The last one had good stages, but the hero and tower are horrible in the last one.
I wouldn’t say they were horrible, but definitely mid. But I agree the stages were good.
Add the damn tower and enemy idex
