I think gohan would make the perfect supreme kia he hates destroying stuff and he just wanna protect life
I'm actually kind of like Gohan in that regard. However even though I love and care for all life and I want to protect it if I could I'd rather be able to protect others without having to hurt anyone. Even the people trying to cause harm matters to me.

I feel like this would be fitting for Gohan. Goku is going the path of the Angels (Ultra Instinct) while Vegeta is going the path of the Gods of Destruction (Ultra Ego), so what does that leave for Gohan to forge his own path to power? The Kais.

I felt that Gohan should've been the one to achieve UI, rather than Goku. After all, he was closer to doing it, via being more powerful, and being a god.

I feel that this concept could definitely be used in some of your other what ifs where a character gets Kai training (indicated by the clothes) but not like aiming to be a proper kai.
So like Vegeta in what if He raised Tarble. but less like this for instance and more like Trunks. Unknown powers that can help in dire situations like healing a near dead ally so they survive. Shin doesn't know a lot about Kai stuff really like with the time limit on potara so it could still work well

Gohan becomes a supreme kai while Vegeta becomes a G.O.D,while Bulma is like a queen essentially... expanding Capsule Corp throughout Universe 7,maybe finding new ways to create stuff with all the new resources available to them,training equipment on a vast scale in addition to helping Universe 7 increase it's standing as well.
