- My kids have shared this bedroom for a while now and I love having them together! It took a while to get into a groove and transition, but for the most part it has been pretty seamless. So much of this space contains hand-me-downs, thrifted items, and sentimental pieces I adore.

Oh , that bay window is incredible!!!! What a great space to decorate. My sister and I shared a bedroom til we left home at age 18. I think its such a bonding experience. Love all your decor and book styling and family pictures. This is truly a home.

Such a beautiful room! The picture frames are awesome too. I just went to a thrift store and painted some frames. :) I have one baby right now, and I can't imagine how to room share! Do your kids ever wake each other up??
Thrift stores have the BEST frames! Yes, sometimes they do wake each other up, either at the beginning of the night or end. Unless someone is sick/has an usual waking in the night. For the most part, though, they do okay and are used to more "noise" with each other as roommates now.

I feel that! The curtains when we moved in were polyester dark green that were stapled together. I found these ones on Amazon. We love them!
