Pots are my limitations and this year I dumped them out, remixed the soils with new material, added worm compost in small amounts and refilled the pots. It's one way to find out if anything has gone anaerobic, stinky, and make sure it doesn't happen again.

Have you done any experiments to see which plants harden off best at which stage of growth? I heard that the younger they are is when they have the best chance of survival and less stress. After this, I would be interested to see how yields per plant were impacted.

I am itching to get back to gardening! I didn’t get to do much myself last season due to a fractured tuberosity and torn rotator cuff! Hubby filled in but nothing like doing things yourself! Hoping for a good season of growth this year! Love your tips! 🇨🇦❤️
