    Gracias. I had disassembled mine to resolve a problem with misses on 2 inch nails. I got it apart by visual but not properly and had parts spring everywhere. Gratefully I found this. Lifesaver.

    Out of the five videos I watched yours was by far the best. Thanks for sharing.

    Thanks for the great instructional vid! Very easy to follow! I just picked one of these guns up for 50 bucks and have the two rebuild kits you used in the video coming in the mail. The gun has been scrubbed and after about 100 bucks all in and a better understanding of the inner workings, Hopefully I will have myself a dependable shooting gun! Thanks again!...Ben

    Thanks for the video. Best one I came across. You helped me a lot. My F350S is back to fully functional. I did use the silicone grease. I really appreciate you sharing your time and talent.

    jake - excellent video. informative with how & where to buy which parts. invaluable. nothing like getting work tools to work as they should.

    Excellent video Jake. The best grease i found was a Dielectric Grease. The temperature range and recommendation for "O" rings was my go to choice.

      I like it too. But around here all the framers run Hitachi. I bought one a few years ago and it broke half way into a box of nails. Returned it and they gave me a new one. It's still sitting in the box.

    Thanks for watching! Your comment sent me to Google in a hurry. You are correct, Silicone is the safe bet. However, it looks like the lithium grease will be OK. I will keep an eye on the gun and post up any problems I have with the grease. At least I will know how to rebuild it next time, and it was pretty cheap.

      Jake Belk yea silicon grease is the best.

    Great job! Thank you for the video it was easy to follow. 1 question though what would cause the nailer to double fire, so instead of one nail going in 2 go in at the same place? Thanks in advance!

      Sounds like the trigger spring might be bad

    If the gasket is still leaking air tiny bit, is it ok to use some kind of gasket seal (not permanently) ?

    Just bought a gun off ebay and get air from trigger and no shot. Safe to assume its trigger assembly?

      Take it apart and clean it first.

    Followed this, another video and the package instructions to a T and I'm still leaking air out of the orange cap (out of the exhaust) it will however shoot a nail for a brief time before the pressure is gone. Anyone have any ideas?

    • @publicprofile1
      @publicprofile1  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Did you replace the trigger valve?

    • @bigdawgfan72
      @bigdawgfan72 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn't, looks like I'll try that thanks.
      When I pulled it apart, I immediately saw several o rings and seals destroyed. Didn't think about the trigger being shot. Thanks.
